No 2 people has the exact same body chemistry and because of this the way each perfume reacts on your body and how well it synergizes with your body chemistry is different from another person.

1. Choosing a price range. Perfume is a luxury item and prices of products can differ widely. Decide which price range is most convenient with you.

2. Choosing a concentration. Perfumes have different names which depend on their lasting power. Choose a perfume concentration depending on your lifestyle and how long you will need it to last.

LETS LOOK AT THE DIFFERENT CONCENTRATION OF PERFUMES AND HOW LONG THEY LAST

Eau de cologne – Lowest fragrance concentration. Contains about 3-5% oil in a mixture of water and alcohol. Lasts about 2 hours.

When the level of Estrogen (female reproductive hormone) drops in your body, it affects your menstrual cycle and can lead to irregular or absence of menstrual flow.

This is called hormonal imbalance and can be as a result of:
- Natural causes - Pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause
- Use of birth control pills, injection, implants
- Drugs used in treating hypertension, depression, allergies & chemotherapy (cancer treatment).

- Lifestyle factors such as excessive stress, exercise & low body weight.
- Disorders such as PCOS, hyper or hypo thyrodism, Pituitary tumor and early onset of menopause (if your eggs depletes before age 40)
- Lack or removal of reproductive organ (womb, scar on the womb etc)

May cause your period to stop.

Amenorrhea can lead to other complications:

- Infertility or miscarriages. If you don't menstruate and ovulate, you cannot get pregnant naturally.
- Osteoporosis (weakening of your bones) - Cardiovascular Disorder (heart attack, problems with your blood vessels & heart muscles
- Psychological Stress because you will always be worried about your period coming or not coming. It can be stressful.

Menopause is when your period stops permanently and this can happen between age 45-55 depend on genetics.
