Aleo Vera Mask for Stubborn Pimple and Acne:
Items:
*Aleo vera
*Green tea
*Yoghurt
*Honey
*Lemon(optional)
*Bowl
*Table knife
*mixer
Steps:
1.Use your table knife to extract the quantity of aleo Vera gel you want to use into a bowl.
2.Add a teaspoon of lemon.
3.Add your green tea
4.Add your yoghurt
5.Add Honey into the mixture
6.Stir using your mixer to form a fine paste.
7.Apply on face and allow to stay for 30 minutes.
8.Wash off

Exfoliating your skin using milk:
Exfoliating your skin with milk helps get rid of the dead cells and also helps clean some black heads.
Having milk baths helps smooth out your skin,the fat moisturizes your skin while the lactic acid in whole milk acts as an exfoliate.
Kind of milk to use:
Whole fat goat/cow milk is probably the best, yoghurt and also dairy products also goes.
Method: Wash your face with a splash of whole milk, leave for a minute then wipe clean for smooth hydrated skin.
Milk bath:Use enough milk 🛀 but make sure you leave enough room so the bath doesn't spill over. Rest in the milk for 15-20 minutes.
After a milk bath, put on lotion this helps lock the moisture into your skin.
Advice: Take one milk bath twice a week for about 3 weeks.

Oh No, not chicken pox! was what I kept saying as I sobbed shortly after my class teacher observed the tiny n unpleasant rashes on my skin. I had a very close n dear friend who was like a sister to me in primary school n I had contacted this disease from her through ignorance.
The rashes increased as well as the itching,in order to prevent my classmates from contacting this disease, I was sent home. I cried uncontrollably that day cause I loved school n I didn't do anything to be sent home, oh this wicked chicken pox why?
