Cheating is not just physical...it’s a slow, calculated betrayal of trust. It’s not just the act of being unfaithful; it’s the mindset that allows you to prioritize your selfish desires over the person who loves you.
Texting someone your partner would feel uncomfortable about? That’s cheating. Hiding your phone, deleting messages, erasing your browsing history? That’s lying. Flirting with someone who isn’t your partner? That’s disrespect. Adding strangers on social media just because they’re attractive? That’s dishonorable.
These aren’t innocent actions. They’re deliberate. They erode the foundation of your relationship, one secret, one lie at a time. You’re not just betraying your partner; you’re betraying the promises you made, the love you claimed to have, and the integrity you were supposed to uphold.
The truth is, cheating starts in the small moments...moments where you entertain attention that doesn’t belong to you. And once that line is crossed, it only escalates. The relationship won’t survive if the behavior doesn’t stop. Love cannot grow in the shadows of lies, secrets, and selfishness.
If you’re in a relationship where this is happening; whether you’re the one doing it or it’s being done to you...it’s time to face reality. This isn’t love. This isn’t commitment. And it doesn’t just get better. You can’t build a life with someone who’s still entertaining the world like they’re single. You can’t create a future with someone who isn’t willing to leave the village behind and be loyal to the kingdom you’re trying to build.
It’s not a mistake; it’s a choice. And it’s a choice that destroys everything it touches.

This condition is called CONGENITAL HYDROCEPHALUS
Congenital hydrocephalus is a type of hydrocephalus that is present at birth, resulting from genetic or developmental abnormalities during fetal development. Causes and risk factors include:
1. Genetic mutations
2. Infections during pregnancy (e.g., toxoplasmosis, rubella)
3. Maternal diabetes
4. Exposure to teratogens (substances that can cause birth defects)
5. Family history of hydrocephalus
6. Brain or spinal cord abnormalities (e.g., spina bifida, encephalocele)
Symptoms may be apparent at birth or develop later, including:
1. Enlarged head circumference
2. Bulging fontanelles (soft spots)
3. Vomiting
4. Sleepiness
5. Irritability
6. Seizures
7. Delayed development
Diagnosis involves:
1. Prenatal ultrasound or MRI
2. Postnatal imaging (CT, MRI, or ultrasound)
3. Physical examination
Treatment options include:
1. Ventriculoperitoneal shunting (surgical placement of a drainage system)
2. Endoscopic third ventriculostomy (minimally invasive procedure to create a new drainage pathway)
3. Medical management (e.g., diuretics, acetazolamide)
Early detection and treatment can improve outcomes, but may not completely eliminate symptoms or developmental delays. Regular monitoring and follow-up care are crucial to manage the condition and address any complications.

*Pectus Carinatum:*
*This pectus Carinatum is also known as the Cross-Sectional Chest wall ratio or Pectus Index (PI)*
Again, Pectus Index (PI) is where ml is the width of the chest wall (medio-lateral) in centimetres at the level of the ni***es and ap is the depth of the chest wall (antero-posterior) between the spine and anterior chest wall at the level of the pectus peak (normal PI ratio 1.5-2.0).
This young man was born with microtia, a congenital underdevelopment of the ear. Doctors removed the patient's underdeveloped ear and fitted an ear implant.
Years later, he finally saw himself with two identical ears.
