*Cervical Spondylosis*
I have lived with severe pain for more than 2 decades. And... I was once temporarily paralysed neck down, for 3 days, with excruciating pain in my upper back and shoulders, radiating pain to my upper arms, neck, clavicles and skull.

It was a daily struggle to get up and out of bed every morning and at other times throughout the day. Concentrating at work was difficult and my life was so disrupted.

My typical pain levels was 8 or 9 / 10. And the doctors in Nigeria and abroad said the only solution for me was for me to have spinal surgery. And regular massages. I just could not think of going through spinal surgery. It was never an option for me.

The massages helped, but only for a day or two... then it was back to square one with the intense pain! For more than 20 years!!! Last year was quite scary for me because I noticed my whole body was getting stiffer and stiffer and I couldn't bend or squat easily, sometimes not at all.
