Here's a prayer for you on this new month:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
As we step into this new month, we come before You with gratitude and hope. We thank You for the blessings of the past month and ask for Your guidance and protection in the days ahead.
May this new month bring us joy, peace, and prosperity. May Your presence be felt in our lives, and may we walk in Your ways.
We pray for wisdom, strength, and courage to face challenges and seize opportunities. May Your love and grace abound in our lives, and may we be a blessing to others.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

*Dear Parent!*
Not every child will be a doctor.
Not every child will love maths.
Not every child will shine in class.
But every child carries something God put inside them.
Some children are quiet, but they observe deeply.
Some are always singing, drawing, or fixing things.
Some are natural leaders—even if they can’t sit still in class.
Every child has a spark. Your job is to notice it early.
Stop comparing your child to others.
Your neighbour’s child is not your standard.
Your child is not a mistake—they are a message.
They came with an assignment only they can fulfil.
Have you prayed for your children this morning?
Did you mention them by name?
Each one has a different calling, a different struggle, and a different need.
One may need boldness.
Another may need peace.
Another may need direction.
Your prayers are not small—they are spiritual investments.
So look again.
Watch closely.
Listen without judging.
Guide them gently.
One day that small gift you noticed will become a global solution.
If this speaks to you, share it.
Another parent needs this reminder.

Stop striving to be just slim, slender, or thin.
Those words don't equate to health or strength; they often mask underlying issues.
What you should be aiming for is to be lean and fit – a state where your body is toned, strong, and resilient.
Being thin can be a red flag, a sign that your body is dealing with chronic inflammation, particularly in your gut.
It's a health crisis waiting to unfold.
Your gut is at the heart of this problem.
When it's sick, it fails to absorb the nutrients your body needs to build muscle.
You're essentially starving your muscles of the fuel they require to grow and thrive.
This leads to a pathetic state of being "skinny fat," where you appear thin on the outside but are actually storing unhealthy fat internally, with minimal muscle mass to show for it.
It's a double whammy of poor health and lack of physical strength.
Imagine your body as a car.
If the engine is clogged and can't process fuel efficiently, it won't matter how much gasoline you pour in; the car will still sputter and fail to perform.
That's what's happening with your gut and nutrients.
Until you fix this underlying issue, all your efforts to build muscle and achieve fitness will be futile.
You need to focus on healing your gut, not just adding more protein shakes or hitting the gym harder.
It's time to stop settling for a weak, inflamed body and start building a strong, lean physique that truly reflects health and vitality.

When people start making money, they start eating unhealthy thinking they are enjoying.
Don't use your money to kill yourself.
Go to a supermarket now, check an average person trolley.
3 big loaves of bread, milky doughnuts, fruit juices, carbonated drinks, seed oils, biscuits, chocolate etc.
These same people can easily afford, sweet potatoes, beef, liver, eggs, green veggies, mix vegetables, coconut oil etc.
But they are there buying diseases for themselves and their families.
Don't let this person be you.
Prioritize your health and that of your family.
I come in peace.
