Biblical Foundation: Genesis 28:10-22, Jacob's dream at Bethel, where God spoke to him and promised to bless him; Genesis 37:5-11, Joseph's dreams, which foretold his future and the future of his family. What is a Dream? A dream is a vision or image that appears to the mind during sleep, as seen in Genesis 40:5-8. A dream can be a message from God, revealing His plans and purposes for our lives. Everyone has a dream, just as the Bible tells us about Joseph, Jacob, Abraham, and other men in the scriptures. What is your dream? Your dream is your compass. As we approach the year 2026, God is saying, 'What do you see? Write it down, for the year of fulfillments.' Why Do We Dream? We dream to receive revelation and guidance from God, as stated in Genesis 40:8. We dream to gain insight and understanding into our lives and circumstances. Types of Dreams: 1. Divine Dreams: Dreams that come from God, revealing His plans and purposes. 2. Satanic Dreams: Dreams that come from Satan, seeking to deceive and mislead us. 3. Natural Dreams: Dreams that come from our own minds and imagination. How to Interpret Dreams: 1. Pray: Ask God to give you the interpretation of your dream, as suggested in Genesis 40:8. 2. Seek Counsel: Seek the counsel of a spiritual leader or mentor, as seen in Genesis 40:8. 3. Use Scripture: Use Scripture to guide and direct you in interpreting your dream. Famous Dreamers in the Bible: 1. Abraham: Received a dream from God, promising him a son, Genesis 15:1-21. 2. Joseph: Had dreams that foretold his future and the future of his family, Genesis 37:5-11. 3. Daniel: Interpreted the dreams of King Nebuchadnezzar, Daniel 2:1-49. What to Do with Your Dreams: 1.
