HOW TO USE COCONUT WATER ON THE SKIN TO GET FAIRER

There are different ways to use coconut water to heal your different skin problems.

AS SKIN MOISTURIZER: coconut water does wonders to the skin, it’s a great moisturizer for oily skin as it does not have many fat in it, it hydrate the oily skin. Just apply some coconut water on the skin and allow it to absorb.

AS SUN TAN REMOVAL: the application of coconut water on the skin helps fade sun tan and skin get its original colour.

HOW TO USE COCONUT WATER ON THE SKIN TO GET FAIRER: 1. As a face scrub, mix 2tsp of coconut water with 1tsp of rice flour together and use it to scrub the face, it lightens the skin and gives young glowing skin.
2. As a face pack; mix 2tsp of gram flour , add a pinch of turmeric powder and some coconut water to make a paste. Apply this on your face as a mask, leave it to dry and wash off with lukewarm water. Use this 3-4 times a week to get fairer skin tone.

HOW TO USE COCONUT WATER FOR GLOWING SKIN: 1. Mix 3tsp of coconut water and 1tsp of glycerin apply it on your face and leave it for 30min and discover an instant glowing skin.

HOW TO USE COCONUT WATER AS SKIN TONIC FOR DRY SKIN: mix 10tsp of coconut water, 10tsp of rosewater and 2tsp of glycerin. Store it in a small a bottle and refrigerate, use twice a day to hydrate the dry dull skin, just take 6-7 drops and massage on your skin it can be use up to 7 days after that make a fresh batch.

HOW TO USE COCONUT WATER TO GET RID OF PIMPLES SPOTS AND MARKS: coconut water makes a good remedy to cure acnes and black spots caused by pimples. Mix 2tsp of coconut water and half tsp of lemon juice together, apply it on the marks or spots leave for 20 min and rinse it off, apply 3 times a week and see your spots vanished away

HOW TO MAKE COLD PRESSED COCONUT OIL AT HOME

For cold pressed coconut oil, break your coconut and remove the shell.

Cut into pieces and blend, use 1 cup of water for 1 coconut, after blending, you have to mash with your hands as if washing the shaft for 30 mins, leave it to stay for 3 hours before you sieve.

After sieving, you leave at room temperature for 48 hours, on the night of the 48th hours, you put it in the fridge and not freezer, leave over night, in the morning you have your curd solid on top, separate the curd from the water, put it in a clean container and keep it on your kitchen counter.

After a day, you will begin to see the oil coming up, you harvest the oil on a daily basis until you are sure there is no more oil, that is your cold pressed coconut oil, you don't cook at all, it virgin, it's pure and 100% in nutrients.

The left over curd can still be cooked and you can get some oil out, but that will be the normal coconut oil. What ever you can use the cooked oil for you can use cold press to do also, it's just that the cold pressed is purer and extra virgin.

HOW TO MAKE DARK KNUCKLE CREAM REMOVER:.

INGREDIENTS:.
1 Tbsp of ewax
1 tbsp of stearic acid.
1 tbsp of cetyl alcohol
1 tbsp of stearyl alcohol
Half teaspoon of titanium dioxide
1 tbsp of malic acid
1 tablespoon of Vitamin B3
1 tablespoon of Vitamin E
1 tsp of orange extrract.
1 teaspoon of grape extract
1 teaspoon of pomegranate extract.

DIRECTIONS:.
melt your ewax, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol and malic acid, dilute your titanium dioxide and vitamin B3 with warm watet(1/2 cup of warm water) slowly pour ur melted active into the water and keep stirring. Add your extract and vitamins E oil, stir all very well and scoop into your container.

HOW TO MAKE MORINGA SOAP AND IT'S BENEFITS:.

DIRECTIONS:.
1. pick moringa leaves from stalk
2. ground the the leaves into a paste
3. Mix the moringa paste with water
4. Then strain moringa paste to extract juice, use the ur white cloth use in sieving pap to sieve it.
5. Add moringa juice to your melted coconut oil n stir it towards one direction
6. Add 4 cups of perfume/scent, depending on the size of the soap you are preparing. Any scent of ur choice, i normally use Rose scent/perfume.
7. Add caustic soda solution, this caustic soda solution, it comes in a powdered form & you have to soak it overnight in a bucket, stir thoroughly
8. Then the colour change
9. Pour into your soap molds gently allow it to harden den bring it out.

HOW TO MAKE A CARROT SOAP:.

Ingredients
300 ml coconut oil
400 ml olive oil
100 ml almond oil
200 ml of water used for cooking carrots
100 g pureed carrot
110g sodium hydroxide
½ tablespoon pure honey
10 drops carrot seed essential oil

DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Boil the carrots until soft, remove from heat and puree with a fork.
Step 2: In a separate container, combine the pureed carrots and 200 ml of the cooking water.
Step 3: Carefully add the sodium hydroxide while stirring with a wooden spoon. Let the mixture sit for several minutes.
Step 4: Incorporate the coconut, olive, and almond oils along with the honey and carrot seed essential oil into the mixture.
Step 5: Stir with a wooden spoon. You’ll notice the mixture will start to thicken.
Step 6: Put the mixture into silicone molds and let harden for 2 days before using.
The result will be a soap that’s free of chemicals, made with ingredients that are beneficial to the skin.

Use it to clean your face daily or use it to replace your body soap.
