Hi I’m your one stop shop for smelling good and I just learnt something new and it’s called “proactive customer service”:
The act of reaching out to customers periodically to build rapport/ maintain contact.
That was what my nail tech did, while indirectly reminding me that I’m due for a nail change.
Incorporating that into your strategy as a business person wouldn’t hurt, it could lead to sales or just strengthen the relationship/ rapport you have with your customers.

For a while I have been feeling down about my business, low engagements and visibility, no patronage even tho my prices are lower than some vendors online.
I thought to myself Instead of feeling down, why not think about how far I have come from where I started, the people that still reach out and patronize me, the ability to afford somethings for my business.
Some people don’t even have the means to start a business, or access to some basics needs.
All I’m trying to say is that in all I should be grateful (gratitude) to God, to myself and be positive, because it can only get better.
Take a break when needed, reset, but no matter how difficult it might seem sometimes, i should be grateful and positive.
This is to me and every other person who feels the same way out there.
