Get about 8 pieces of unripe plantain or unripe banana, slice the plantain or banana into smaller sizes. Get neat container with cover and pour the sliced plantain or banana into it. Get clean pap water and use it to fill the plantain or banana in the container. Soak for 3 days and start taking it one tumbler in the morning, and on tumbler at night.
Take until you are healed.

Hello everyone here, I have a lady i was thinking is the right one so I had to test her most men will understand better. I gave her 3500 to make food for us to eat today Sunday I was expecting her to make rice nd stew because I have everything at home, am a man that doesn't like eating outside so I make sure I have things at home including meat but today I have just small meat.

So I asked her to please manage this 3500 and make food we can eat today and she was cooking so I went inside the kitchen to see what she is cooking and saw this, so I asked her why noodles and she said that is what the money can buy. I was at first confused and an*gry I asked where is my change and she said no change . I didn't eat it as I don't understand how 3500 can only cook noodles so we had an argument and she got ang*ry and left.

Now her mum called me and was laying co*urs*es on me nd said am a stin*gy man.
Please I need to ask does it mean what 3500 can cook now is this thing she cooked. Am I really at fault here. What do you advise me to do as a man.
