How to map out your growth

Remember we have :
3%= 200bp
6%= 600bp
9%= 1200bp
12%= 2400bp
15% = 4000bp
18% = 6600bp
21% = 10000bp

So
🎯 If you did
3% last month, you have to move to 6% which is 600bp, so to achieve that, you need to GET 2 PEOPLE MINIMUM THIS MONTH to make 6%

🎯 If you did 6% last month, you have to move up to 9% this month which is 1200bp.
So with your last 600bp Re ordered, you need another 600 which is 3 PEOPLE extra this month to achieve 9%.

🎯 If you did 9% last month, you need to move up to 12% this month which is 2400bp
So with your 1200 re ordered this month, you need an extra 1200 this month which is 6 PEOPLE to take you to 12%.

🎯 If you did 12% last month you need to move to 15% this month so with your previous 2400bp Re ordered, you need extra 1600 to Make Up 15% so you need to personally recruit 8 PEOPLE this month.

🎯 If you did 15% last month, you need to move up to 18% this month which is 6600bp. So with your 4000bp from last month (Re ordered) you would still need 13 PEOPLE this month to make 18%

🎯 If you did 18% last month, you need to make 21% this month. So u need an extra 3400bp which is 17 PEOPLE that you have to get this month to do 21%

🎯 If you noticed, I kept saying (You need to get) that is you alone. This is because I believe that you should not depend on any down line to grow, so IF THE DOWN LINE WORKS, it adds to you and reduces your workload, but imagine u depend on down lines and you get disappointed. So always work as though you are alone, while still encouraging your team members to achieve the best result. That is the mindset you should carry to grow.
