See dilapidated roads and structures everywhere, yet they are seeking re-election?

Each time I realize the type of deceit and wickedness in politics I feel like "there's a particular evil spirit attached to every political office" whereby as soon as our people get to power they change for bad automatically. Otherwise I really can't figure out how many of our representatives automatically became so heartless as soon as they assumed office. Initially before they joined politics, contested and won they use to tell us very sweet stories of how they will use every means legally to improve their various constituencies, senatorial district etc.

It's so unfortunate and sad that as soon as they take oath of office they automatically go mad with evil spirit of deceit and wickedness. Telling obvious lies just to cover up their deliberate and obvious failure. Some will say "Yes I actually know I have failed at two consecutive term but na governor cause am"
Precisely in Edo state and Akoko Edo, it's a normal language for failed leaders and Representatives.

In a developed Nation with sane persons and leaders, such leaders and Representatives who have actually agreed of their monumental failure for 8years won't dare face their people to seek another vote for third term or even more. As they can be stoned to death. But in Nigeria it's a normal thing.

May God help us ooooooo!
