A reputable unisex salon and spa located in Ijegun, Lagos, is seeking to employ a competent and experienced Salon & Spa Manager to oversee operations and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Supervise barbers, stylists, and spa personnel

Manage appointments, walk-ins, and client relations

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally

Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and punctuality

Monitor inventory and coordinate product supply

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards

Drive sales and support the achievement of business targets

Keep accurate daily records and activity reports

Requirements:

Prior experience in salon, spa, or hospitality management

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a male-dominated environment

Excellent organizational and customer service abilities

Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented
