A sweet person nowadays is very rare to find.

A sweet person in characteristics has the following:

They are very kind.
They are very sensitive and caring.
They hate drama.
They are not scared by your success, they just want you.
They care about life more than possessions.
They are rich but very humble with the poor.
They are poor but very humble with the rich. Sometimes people discriminate against the rich.
They love and love, with little room for hate.
They can sacrifice for strangers.
Their glasses are half full.
These make a sweet person.

Reasons Introverts may get micromanaged

Quiet means “no confidence”

Quiet means “does not understand”

The person in charge is just a control-freak

Let’s all pick on the one who doesn’t talk a lot

The person in charge knows the Introvert probably won’t stick up for themselves

There’s a stereotype in their mind about Introverts being less intelligent

Honestly, that’s all I have. Because I don’t remain in that sort of environment for very long.

It reminds me of the strict religious school I went to as a kid. Ugh. But that’s another story.
