The skin around cracked heels is often thicker and drier than the rest of your skin. This skin tends to split when you apply pressure

And prevents you to have a long walk even after you couldn't put on your desirable shows.

The root cause of your cracked heel might not be because you are having foot's infection or dry skin. It might be due diabetes, thyroid disease, etc.

👉🏻Habatu sauda oil, coconut oil and clove oil.

👉🏻Lime orange and khal water .

👉🏻Khal water and salt.

Soak your heels in salty khal water mixture for 20 minutes.
Clean the cracked heels with khal water and lime orange mixture — using cotton wool. Leave it to dry for some minutes then

Mix the oils together (original brands) and apply it on the cracked heels.

Repeat this process twice a day till the cracked heel disappear.

Past life or present mode of life are brainstorming by the way we takes it. Engaging in all day activities without rest and meditating over it all night makes your brain clumsy.

Behavioural in meaning encompasses many meanings and I'm sure am communicating with adults.

This is where one should seek advice from a doctor or psychologist, because some behavioural or physical causes may be unknown to people but are well known to skilled doctors with the knowledge that Allah has enabled them to acquire about the human psyche.

You may find a remedy in some foods which help one to sleep properly. The doctor may also find out about some of your bad habits that lead to worry and sleeplessness.

That should also be accompanied by complete contentment with what Allah has decreed and acceptance of His will and decree. These are the means of the believer attaining honour and happiness.

Glory be to Allaah who created his creations upon Islam and guided us to hold onto Islam.

When He Muhammad said ﻗﺪ ﺗﺮﻛﺘﻜﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﻀﺎﺀ ﻟﻴﻠﻬﺎ ﻛﻨﻬﺎﺭﻫﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺰﻳﻎ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﺪﻱ ﺇﻻ ﻫﺎﻟﻚ،

"I've left you on a pure/whitish right path, its night is just like its daylight, no one deviate from this path after I've left except the stray"..... Those who cherish Islam will comprehend.

And only those who are conscious of Islam will appreciate the divine words of the Quran. Allaah says :

و ننزل من القرآن ما هو شفاء و رحمة للمؤمنين و لا يزيد الظالمين إلا خسارا
"and we send down from the Quran that which is a healing and mercy to those who believe.......... "

From his rahmah, He mentioned so many things to us as health benefits that are of unlimited uses. Among all but one is our focus...................................................
ﺛﻢ ﻛﻠﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺮﺍﺕ ﻓﺎﺳﻠﻜﻲ ﺳﺒﻞ ﺭﺑﻚ ﺫﻟﻼ ﻳﺨﺮﺝ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻄﻮﻧﻬﺎ ﺷﺮﺍﺏ مختلف ‏الوانه فيه شفاء للناس....
"Then,eat of all fruits and follow the way of your lord made easy for you.
