1.Teach them how to make decisions
2.Apologize when necessary
3.Allow them to delegate
4.Teach them patience
5.Give them time to be creative
O heavenly father, we commend our children to thy care. Be thou their God and father, and mercifully supply whatever is lacking in us through negligence. Strengthen them to overcome the corruptions of the world. Pour thy grace into their hearts in thy presence hereafter. Amen.
