Topic 3: Digital Tools, Citizens and Social Media Etiquette.
Assigned School: GSS SS Song LGA Adamawa State.
Today being 07/3/2024 I discussed the assigned topic of the week ( Digital Tools,Citizens and Social Media Etiquette, which has to do with how students are to be mindful on how they make use of social media handles and how to make meaningful connections and conversations that will help them both, in their careers and educational settings.I make them understand the importance of social media in their daily life's and how to make appropriate use of it, most of them happen to have one or two social media accounts so it's was more easy to communicate with them about it.

Week 6
Topic 2 : My Future/ What Do I Want (B)
Assigned School: GSS SS Song LGA Adamawa State.
Today being 21/2/2024
I was able to discuss the assigned topic for the week (My Future: What I do want the B aspect) in which we deliberated on Abraham Maslow hierarchy of needs which is physiological needs, safety needs, love and belongingness,esteem needs and self actualization and the outline for the week. They were able to understand the basic necessity of live in which individuals most have in other to achieve his or her goals in the future. A student went further to ask the difference between want and need and my co-Facilitator in person of corper John Wende explained to her that want is something that we want but we can live without but needs is something we need in our daily life like food, water, money, shelter etc.

Topic 2 : My Future/ What Do I Want?
Assigned School: GSS SS Song LGA Adamawa State.
Today being 14/2/2024
I was able to discuss the assigned topic of the week ( My Future/ What do I want ) I made them understand that the journey of tomorrow (Future) is not a today's job it's a continuous process and it's also takes patience and endurance to get what we want,to have a better and brighter future they need to consider or set out their goals, importance of continuous learning and also building meaningful conversations and connections, embracing fears, the importance of public speaking and so on.

Topic: Navigating Admission in Nigeria: Understanding JAMB and Admission Processes.
Assigned school: GSS (SS) song Adamawa State.
Today being 09/02/2024
I was able to discuss with the students about JAMB which serves as a crucial marker for students who are seeking admission into higher education or tertiary institution. We were able to cover the syllabus despite the shortage of time given to me,Most of the students complained that they don't know how to use computer but i was able to enlightened them what to do and what not to do.

Topic: Self Exploration B
Assigned school: GSS (SS) song Adamawa State.
Today being 02/02/2024
I was able to discuss about Self Exploration as a journey of introspection and discovery, delving into one's beliefs, values, and emotions. It involves questioning assumptions, embracing vulnerability, and seeking personal growth. Through self-reflection and mindful exploration, individuals can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, fostering authenticity and a sense of purpose in their lives.
It's was an interrogatory class between I and the students. Most of them where willing to learn.

WEEK 2
TOPIC: SELF EXPLORATION
ASSIGNED SCHOOL: GSS (SS) song LGA Adamawa State.
I Visited the assigned school GSS(SS) Song, Adamawa State today being the 25th Jan,2024.
Self exploration was treated as the topic with a comprehensive introduction, the students were further taught about the following sub- headings:
1. Learning styles
2. Steps of self exploration
3. Exploring personal interest and passion
4. Setting goals and the steps involved
5. Cultivating mindfulness and reflection
Then lastly embracing feedback.
I encouraged the students to engaged themselves in trade( skills acquisition) in order to help them in there career part n also in the future. Some of the students find it difficult to understand English language so I had to use native language (Hausa) to communicate with them for better understanding.
The session ended with 56 students, 3 teachers and 1 corps members.
