🚨 Alamomi 5 Da Za Su Iya Nuna Kana Fama Da Ciwon Sugar (Diabetes) Ba Tare Da Ka Sani Ba
Ciwon sugar (diabetes) na daga cikin cututtukan da kan fara ne a hankali ba tare da mutum ya lura ba. Sau da yawa mutane suna daukar wasu alamomi a matsayin gajiya ko wata matsala ta yau da kullum, alhali kuwa suna iya zama gargadi na ciwon sugar. KULA DA LAFIYA JARI
Kula da lafiya na nufin dukkan matakan da mutum ke ɗauka domin kare jikinsa daga cututtuka tare da tabbatar da cewa yana rayuwa cikin koshin lafiya. Lafiya ba ta tsaya ga rashin ciwo kawai ba, har ma da lafiyar jiki, tunani da kuma yanayin rayuwa gaba ɗaya.
Daya daga cikin manyan hanyoyin kula da lafiya shi ne cin abinci mai gina jiki. Abinci mai kyau kamar kayan lambu, ‘ya’yan itatuwa, hatsi da kuma isasshen ruwa na taimakawa wajen ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki. Haka kuma ya kamata a guji yawan shan abubuwan da ba su da amfani kamar abinci mai kitse da s**ari fiye da kima.
Bugu da ƙari, motsa jiki na da matuƙar muhimmanci. Yin tafiya, gudu, ko wasu motsa jiki na yau da kullum yana taimakawa wajen rage nauyi, inganta zagayawar jini da kuma kare zuciya daga cututtuka. Haka kuma yana taimakawa wajen rage damuwa da ƙara kuzari.
