Let me tell you something many people are afraid to say

Some of those apps you’re panicking over are not even licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

They are operating in the dark.
No proper office.
No real structure.
Just pressure, threats and fear.

Once you delay payment, they start calling everybody in your contact, sending shame messages, threatening you like they own your life and you’re there shaking

Why?

Listen carefully

Those apps you’re afraid of, they cannot take you to court. Because to go to court, you must come with clean hands. He that seeks equity must come with clean hands. How do you enforce the law when you are operating outside it?

And here is the part nobody tells you

An unlicensed loan app has no legal right to charge interest. Yes. No licence no legal backing for those outrageous interest figures they keep adding.

They can shout.
They can threaten.
They can try to embarrass you.

But legally?
They have no solid ground to stand on.

Most of them:
🥢 Are not properly registered
🥢 Are not licensed to lend money
🥢 Cannot legally enforce those cr@zy interest charges
🥢 Cannot blacklist your BVN
🥢 Cannot report you properly to credit systems

They survive on one thing Fear.
The moment you understand that, half of their power disappears. I’m not telling you to run away from your responsibility.

But I’m telling you this for free. Stop being intimidated by people who are not even operating legally.

At the end of the day if they want to fight you legally, they will have to show who they are and that is exactly what they don’t want.

Just calm down.
Only those who are calm can think. Only the calm headed can strategise. The emotional will make noise and everything dies with the noise. This is the NUMBER 1 problem of the masses - emotional noise that dies with time. Yet the problem continues.

Those who were analytical, logical and rational were careful not to celebrate Trump’s empty threats. They also knew that Tinubu is a master strategist who would deflate Trump without puncturing his ego. Tinubu makes enemies friends. You can call that manipulation but someone else will call it intelligence. Trump on the other hand is one of the best deal makers in the world. He uses both diplomatic and non diplomatic methods to get deals done. Everything about Trump is about deals. The moment you understand this two Presidents, it will become easier to predict them. I was able to accurately predict a fall out between Elon Musk and Trump while their “marriage” was still blissful because I had studied both men deeply. They are ALMOST THE SAME. They were bound to repel each other with time. I’m sharing this to say that prediction is a function of calm headed calculations based on DATA.

Trump has gotten the deal he wanted in Nigeria and for American companies. Whether it’s Oil, Defence or Military Base, you will never know the full details of that contract until Trump and Tinubu leaves office. But what you will keep hearing going forward is “Trump commends Tinubu”, “Melania and Remi spent time in White House to watch a Robot dance”, “Trump congratulates Tinubu on his re-election”. If Trump thinks his popularity is going down in Nigeria, he might send one Missile to an unknown Nigerian location to make you happy. The missile will come with threats. But the next picture would be Seyi in a vacation location with Trump Jnr.

After 2027, Trump only has 2 years to leave office. Just 2 years - those two years would be the most challenging years in Nigeria’s national security landscape unless NIGERIANS themselves rise up and stop waiting for Foreign Messiahs and seek for democratisation of the security sector. Nigerian Private Security Sector can protect homes at a competitive cost. This will destabilise the insecurity economy because even ex-military men who would have entered “bush” after leaving the force will find jobs in the private security sector. The sector can create 5 million new jobs. When a young man has a day job, he won’t be running around inside the bush on a Monday morning. And state police will also work hand in hand with armed private security companies who will use advanced technologies to even provide rescue operation services etc. Private Security solves the ECONOMIC, STATUS, SOCIAL, AND SECURITY PROBLEM IN ONE SHOT. Please take the NATIONAL PRIVATE SECURITY CONFERENCE seriously. Plan to attend. No more noise. Let’s change our country - protests won’t create new job. But Private Security Sector can create 5 million new jobs. Take a logical stand.

The guy with a Mic believes that Prosperity Gospel is the way to get people out of poverty and in this picture, he was arguing against the teachings of Prof. Yemi , a former Vice President and a pastor too.
Instead of calming down to listen to Prof, he decided to show his ignorant knowledge and knowledgeable ignorance.
Prof was just laughing at his “revelation” and pitying his poverty. He didn’t know how p00r he was in the presence of Prof. Yemi.
A lot of Nigerians who believe they have made it will become d£pressed the day they realise that they never made it. The system gave them an illusion of wealth while living in a broken system. Can a basket hold water? Can a broken system hold wealth?

Prof knows what WEALTH is. He knows that Wealth in Nigeria is controlled by political pens 🖊️ and not spiritual laws. Prof knows that politics can send wealth to Li Chen Dangote while sending crumbs to Obi Cubana and Korede. And because Obi Cubana and Korede do not know what wealth is, they will celebrate crumbs as wealth.

Prof served Buhari. Prof served Tinubu. Prof knows this country and its wealth. Prof knows those who control the wealth and they are not prosperity preachers.

So Prof enjoyed the pulpit entertainment. At least, prosperity gospel takes away the responsibility for prosperity from the government and places it on God and tithes. This is why nobody in the crowd could ask Prof “why didn’t you use your position to make wealth accessible?”. No. In Nigeria, wealth comes from favour. If you do not have access to wealth yet, it’s not the fault of Tinubu, Buhari, Prof etc. The fault is on your inability to give God 10% from your poverty. You are to blame. God is angry with your stinginess. And you must give to rich pastors to make God happy. It’s the only way to have a happy ending.

I love Nigerians. I love the prosperity gospel. It works. You may argue that it only works for those who preach it and collect the tithes. But you can’t deny that it works - even if it works for just a particular group. It works.
