Some โweirdโ combos end up shocking the combiner๐๐๐
I woke up this morning unsure what to cook for school lunch since we didnโt have a plan for the week.
I got to the kitchen, looked around, saw yam! Yam porridge it is, I said to myself.
I started by chopping the beef and bringing it to a boil. After cutting the yam, I realized I was out of leafy greens. Whatโs yam porridge without leafy greens kwanu!
So I improvised: I decided to make it the concoction way. I had cabbage, okro, and I just picked up some Moroccan curry leaves I bought yesterday, so I threw those in too.
You know how we make pounded okro sauce for yam! Yeah, I decided to throw in some okro too๐๐
So my recipe for this batch was:
~ Yam
~ Palm oil
~ Uziza leaves
~ Curry leaves
~ Crayfish
~ Onion
~ Cabbage
~ Okro
~ Ose
~ Salt
~ Beef
Mehn!!!!!!!!!!!! I was shocktalized. ๐
Try it today, and yes, I donโt cook with โSEASONING CUBESโ, and my meals bang back to back. Jukwa ase ๐๐
I always find a way to blend these spices and herbs to achieve amazing results.
Have you tried this combo before?๐

There were a lot of comments under this โmarried and divorcedโ post, and many people rushed to conclusions about what happened.
People were saying loads:
~ I cannot marry anymore
~ Imagine the difference
~ What a wicked man
~ She was in prison o, thank God she left
~ God go punish that man
Etc
I tried to find the facts, but I didnโt see anything in the captions about their marriage or the reasons for the divorce.
I went through all the pictures and the difference is evidently clear but I also noticed the difference in the backgrounds. Thereโs always a story beyond what we can see. Public posts donโt reveal the full story behind a relationship.
A common saying came to mind: โno woman ugly, just pour money into am and she go shine. While married, her background looked like they were really struggling.
~ What if the husband couldnโt provide as much as she is exposed to after their divorce, and since we arenโt aware of the cause(why tag the man a bad man when we know different things could cause divorce for people).
~ The man could have been a great husband with flat pocket and she wasnโt having it anymore that she walked out.
~ The man could truly be a bad man
For me, she looked โokโ for their perceived level, it could be that she wanted more.
~ She wore wigs, dressed ok but you could tell that it was the one they could afford at the time.
~ Maybe they struggled to find food(three square meals) and after the divorce, she focused solely on herself and weight gain came, enhancing her beauty and some backgrounds look like abroad so maybe she has gone abroad, felt relaxed and living better
So I think criticizing marriage as an institution or assuming the man showed her shege based on a few images isnโt fair, except the man truly did, but from the look of things, the story isnโt out yet except I missed it.
A stable, loving marriage requires ongoing effort from both people, and every relationship has its own unique arc, challenges, and outcomes. Letโs honor that complexity, acknowledge that we donโt know all the facts, and avoid harsh judgments about the people involved.
Marriage remains a meaningful, beautiful commitment when both partners choose to invest in it.
