Roccascalegna Castle in Abruzzo, Italy. 🙏🏻👍😍

It was built in the 11th century (expanded in the 16-17th centuries) on top of a cliff. A legend says that once there lived a lord who obliged all girls who have just married to spend their first night with him and not with their husbands. Men were quite angry. One of the newly-weds put on women’s clothes, got into the castle and stabbed the lord. The dying pervert touched a wall with his blood-covered hand and left a mark. People say that the bloody mark was clearly visible on the wall even in 1940 when part of the castle collapsed. And the scariest part is that the stain keeps reappearing despite numerous attempts to remove it.
