Beetroot,Apple Carrot juice for Derox/Weight loss:
Ingredients:
Apple: 2
Beetroot: 1
Carrot: 3-5
Lemon juice: few drops (1tbs)
Mint leaves 8-10 leaves
Ginger: (thumb size)
Honey: 2-3 tsp (optional)
Water: 1 glass
Method
1. Peel the veggies and apple, and then chop them into small pieces
2. Put all into the blender
3. Add ginger, mint leaves, and lemon juice
4. Add honey and a glass of water.
5. Blend,strain and drink 1 glass morning and before bedtime
This juice helps in etoxification of the body's vital organs and promotes blood purification, which benefits skin health and helps fight free radicals that age the skin. Furthermore, it increases haemoglobin levels in the body by increasing the production of red blood cells.
