Miscarriage is a quiet loss.

For many, miscarriage is not just a medical event,it is an emotional earthquake. It shakes expectations, identity, and trust in one’s own body.

There is also guilt, heavy, unfair guilt. Many people ask themselves what they did wrong: Did I move too much? Did I stress too much? Did my body fail?

The truth is that most miscarriages are avoidable only if we can pay more attention to our health and seek for medical help early and in the right places.

Paying more attention to our health is the reason why I’m starting a Miscarriage Awareness.

No woman deserves to go through that pain, not even for once.

Hence why I will be enlightening you on Miscarriage,Causes, Prevention and What to do if you are experiencing a Repeated Miscarriage.

I hope you find this helpful

When it comes to menstrual cycles, it's important to be aware of certain red flags that could indicate potential health issues. Here are some common warning signs to watch for:

Irregular Periods: If your cycle is consistently shorter than 21 days or longer than 35 days, it might be worth consulting a healthcare professional. Irregular periods can be a sign of hormonal imbalances or conditions like polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS).

Heavy Bleeding: Needing to change your pad or tampon every hour, or passing blood clots larger than a quarter during your period, can be signs of heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia). This could be caused by fibroids, hormonal changes, miscarriage or other medical conditions.

Severe Pain: While some cramping is normal, severe pain that interferes with daily activities or is accompanied by nausea and vomiting may suggest conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids or pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).

Bleeding Between Periods: Spotting or bleeding between your menstrual periods, especially if it’s a new occurrence or occurs after sexual activity, should be discussed with a healthcare provider. It might indicate an underlying issue that needs attention.

Absence of a Period: Known as amenorrhea, missing your period for more than three consecutive cycles (if not pregnant or breastfeeding) can signify various health issues, including stress, significant weight loss, excessive exercise, or hormonal disorders.

If you experience any of these symptoms, it’s advisable to seek medical advice for a thorough evaluation and appropriate management. Awareness is key to maintaining menstrual health and overall well-being

Overall, the male factor substantially contributes to about 50% of all cases of infertility.

Male infertility is when a condition affects a man's ability to get a fertile female pregnant.

As male and female causes often co-exist, it is essential that both partners are investigated for infertility and managed together.

Ovaries are the reservoir for eggs.

Ovarian reserve testing is a fertility test that aims to estimate how many eggs are left in a woman's ovaries and assess their quality.

Diminished ovarian reserve means that a woman's ovaries have fewer eggs remaining that is normal for her age or that the eggs are of poor quality which can make getting pregnant difficult.
