How to make Avocado oil@home

Ingredient
7_10 ripe Avocado( should be very ripe)

Tools
Cake mixer or blender
Bowl
Non stick cooking pot or pan
Stirring spoon
Cooker

Method
Cut the avocados open and scoopthe flesh into a cake mixer or blender

Blend or mix very well

You can also mash the flesh on a tray using a spoon or spatula

Spreed the blended avocado on a non_ stick tray or pan

Place in the oven and allow to bake on very low heat for 1hr or until it appears dark and dried but not Burt

You can also cook the avocado in a non-stick pot on your stove or cooker(this method takes time and you have to keep stirring until it dried up on very low heat

Put the dried avocado in a cheese cloth and squeeze until all the oil comes out

The oil might look dark , allow it to settle overnight and scoop out the lighter oil that will settle on top..
