For this momma, we didn't just have a diastasis recti; we had her ribs flared out, and she has had to live with it for many, many months. So her saying the bulginess is not as much as it was before... she wore the same polo three weeks ago at the start of the program, and three weeks later can already see a difference in the bulge reduction.

I cried when she told me how she suffered years of constipation and even started experiencing hemorrhoids at a young age of thirteen. Then, at eighteen, she had her first pr*****ed hemorrhoids.

The pains she went through... but in all of these, I didn't cast a blame on her because she didn't know any better. Her parents didn't either.

Now she's battling a grade two prolapse that, if care is not taken, will become a grade three soon.

Food isn't just something you eat to quench hunger; it is something you eat to restore balance in your body and for nutritional purposes.

Years of straining during bowel movements do not only affect the gut; they also affect the pelvic floor and the organs it supports.

Many women are silently battling symptoms that started from habits and dysfunctions ignored for years.

Your body always keeps a record of what it has been forced to endure

The body compensates for dysfunctions for years... until one day, it no longer.

This is the gap many women are not told about.

The compulsory 6-week postpartum checkup mainly checks for Bleeding, Infection, Blood pressure, Incision healing, Uterine recovery

But in many cases, it does not fully assess musculoskeletal function.

No one checks
• How your pelvic floor was functioning
• How you manage pressure
• Whether your core is coordinating properly
• How childbirth affected load transfer through your body
• If your body is truly ready for daily activities and exercise

So yes, you can be medically stable.

But your musculoskeletal system still struggling.

And this is why many women silently normalize:
• Urine leakage
• Back pain
• Pelvic heaviness
• Core weakness
• Pain during movement
• Feeling disconnected from their body after childbirth

Being cleared at 6 weeks does not always mean the body has fully recovered functionally.

Internal healing and functional rehabilitation are not the same thing.............................
