So Google photos🖼️ reminded me of this pics .it was taking last year before on mother's day, before covid 22/03/20

Was outside my compound receiving my order, when I noticed people staring at me. So I turned my camera on to see my face or hair why they are looking like that 🤔🤔 and when, I did I saw my beautiful hair enjoying freedom, going in the directions of the breeze. Then I realized that they where looking at my healthy hair. 🤗🤗🤗

Do you feel same to, wondering why people are looking at your hair?

PS:- just took down the the style I was putting on, haven't detangled yet.

Every time your hand is in your hair, why? Oh I think I know, sometimes you do it when you are stressed, tensed or even anxious.

How do you stop it
1) get an accountability friend who will always hold your hands when you want to do it
2) set a goal to stop it. It is not a disease but a bad habit
3) when at home, wear a satin scarf or bonnet
4) know what triggers the action in you to it
5) do protective but less manipulative hairstyles
6) take good look at yourself in the mirror before you leave the house so you don't get the feeling that your hair is not good
