Why you are usually advised to stay off anything that’s not food or fruits for at least three months during weight loss is because for so many people, snacks / soda / alcohol is their weakness.

If you can stay off whatever your weakness is for three months successfully, they will no longer be threats to you cause you have a proper knowledge of your body now.

This is where being honest about your weight loss journey comes in.

If you are on a weight loss journey and food is your strongest weakness, especially if you eat pretty fast.

Like me.

Learn the act of slowing down on chewing.

Especially if you have a food routine.
Like eating and watching a movie.

You would want to chew on something, while your eyes are busy.
So slowly finish your meals.

If you can, have your favorite fruit available too.
And encourage yourself to eat the fruits if you get hungry again and not one more spoon of spaghetti or whatever.

And oh, another spoon of food is always the wrong thing to do.

Give yourself an hour to see how hungry you are.
