Dry Skin and Acne
Can dry skin develop acne
Yes, dry skin can contribute to the development of acne. Although acne is commonly associated with oily skin, it can also occur in individuals with dry skin.😭😭
🎯Lack of moisture in the skin can lead to dehydration which causes the skin to produce excess sebum (oil) as a compensatory mechanism. This excess oil can clog the pores and lead to the formation of acne lesions, such as whiteheads, blackheads, and pimples.
🎯Additionally, dry skin tends to have a weaker protective barrier, making it more susceptible to irritation and inflammation.
🎯Harsh skincare products, such as those containing alcohol or strong exfoliants, can strip away the skin's natural oils, causing dryness and triggering acne flare-ups.
so yes, Don't be shocked when you begin to have acne..if you have dry skin.. it's possible and natural 🥰

Today, let me explain what I mean when is say "Use a non-comodegenic product" to you 😁
"Non-comodegenic" is used to describe products that are formulated in a way that minimizes the likelihood of clogging pores and causing acne or breakouts, Therefore a non-comodegenic product typically contain ingredients that are less likely to contribute to the formation of comedones such as black heads or whiteheads

For those of you who usually say this "When I started using that cream, I darkened".
(Apparently after you switched from a bleaching cream to a nature based cream).
Let me explain to you how bleaching creams work.
Those bleaching creams have chemicals in them that are targeted towards suppressing melanin production.
Melanin is what gives us the dark pigment on our skin and it helps to protect us from the harmful effect of the sun.
Even fair people have it. It's only albinos who don't.
As you rub those bleaching cream melanin is suppressed and you appear whiter.
Your skin becomes more sensitive when you step out under the sun you begin to have burning sensation that eventually leave you with sun burnt skin.
Some people understand the game and try to stay out of the sun, moving from air-conditioned house to air-conditioned office.
Then those who can't afford this lifestyle yet will still go and start bleaching and be jumping bike like me 😂
Once you stop that your bleaching cream the melanin suppressed comes rushing back to the surface of your skin giving you all the doses of melanin you have missed, Hence the darkening.
I love to call it FACTORY RESET 😂
Well the truth is, try switching from a chemically based product to any safe nature based product.
Let's even start with something like Ori (Shea butter) you will get dark.
But with time your skin begins to get replenished from the nature based nutrients, then it begins to get healthier and glow.
You will not get white, but you will glow in your own skin and your skin will be brighter too.
White skin can never be equated with healthy glowing skin.
Remember your skin is the only thing that starts life with you and stays with you forever so take good care of it.
You can't change it like you change your clothes or shoes.
Also whatever you apply on your skin sips through your pores into your blood stream and circulated in your body so beyond the skin damage the chemicals can damage your organs
