Tussled in between money and hustle
Bustling through the hollows of life for Life
A life of comfort, devoid of tumult,
Forgetting the heart cry of the heart.

The heart is brooding in tears,
It's missing intimacy with the mind,
Remembering their wines and dines
It's clamoring to pour out the richness of the soul.

Times have changed is the song of the Mind,
I have to strive and make good out of life,
The path with u doesn't seems the way,
I'm out to the world to get the pay.

Stick with me and fulfil your dreams,
My path may not seem the way, but it's the way
Remember, in me lies the future that u crave,
Leaving me for "pays" will lead u astray.

Religion and Christianity

Behold the menace before us
The carts are placed ahead
The horses are placed behind
No wonder the movement is stagnant

Like an ignorant athlete
We have left the track
Though, we are first in the race
Little did we know are disqualified from the start

We have ignored our brothers
All in the name of denomination
Religion says we are right
After all, our ideologies aren't intertwined

Religion says 'Churches'
Disuniting our oneness in Christ
Creating enmity in one body
Telling the legs to go against the eyes

Now the brain doesn't have the hands
The nose smells but the mouth can't eat
Because the body has been tricked
Now it suffers while in the midst of plenty

Religion says we should stone her to death
Emphasizing that she was caught in the act
She should be condemned for her abominable act
But the 'He' in the act was no where to be found

Religion preaches an eye for an eye
Creating hatred and strife
Allowing the guys with the logs
To judge the guys with the specks

An army so equipped with best arsenal
Is struggling to win a battle already won
Because religion has said he is not ONE
And his men are no longer united

Christianity says go and sin no more
Christianity says love not hatred
Christianity says remove your logs
Before removing the specks

Christianity says 'Church'
Christianity says we are the same
Christianity says we are brothers
Christianity says we are members of one body

Christianity says non denominational
Even in our denominations
Christianity says 'No This is My Own'
Christianity says 'No this is Your Own'

Christianity says 'No Disunity'
Christianity says 'No disparity'
Christianity says says we are FAMILY
Christianity says we are ONE.
