*Key verse: Genesis 7:1 "And the LORD said unto Noah: 'Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before Me in this generation."*

One of the things u love the Genzy generation, is the confidence with which they face any goal they set to achieve.
However, it's unfortunate that they often channel this energy to immortality and baseless theories.

The Eternal God created man in His image, after His likeness, that is to act in a godly manner.
He expects that man will live by these likeness (commandments) and returned back to Him Faithfull after living as a witness to repair the world.

For every generation, this is the greatest achievement.
So God instituted a family, that this goal should be achieved as a team. And then to society at large.

Hence you are expected to see every career, profession, position, opportunity, goal as a means to an end.

The man Noah was approved by God as a righteous man.

*What is righteous ?*
*Deuteronomy 6:25 And it shall be righteousness unto us, if we observe to do all this commandment before the LORD our God, as He hath commanded us.'*

🎀Noah's family was also choosen because they worked together as a team.

🎀 One way to achieve God's purpose for you, is to ensure that in all the little things you do, The name of Adonai is exalted.

*Text: Genesis 7:1-17*
*Key verse:Genesis 7:13 In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and* *Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;*

Ark in Hebrew means Teivah which means "word."
Whatever made the mighty ship bear the name Teivah is not a coincidence, but a reality of great significance the Eternal knows about.

Before the flood, the WORD came, and Uncle Noah was asked to build upon it. Every one went on with their usual business like we have today, feeling indifferent about Noah's project. His generation mocked him and made effort to frustrate his project.

Before hand he was informed to prepare for the destruction that awaits his generation.
Despite he was the only one standing, he was not discouraged.

Before the flood every thing was moving as you would perceive right until suddenly the 40 days rain began.
That Noah and his family escaped and found refuge in the WORD.

Its not late to learn from the ants who prepares for the rainy day.

*Ponder on these...*
Keep building on the sound word received from God.
Tighten your grip on the word because the flood is coming and like the days of old, only the prepared shall walk into the Ark.

*Key verse: Hosea 4:6
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."

News has it that a man reportedly caught a Blue Marlin fish days ago in Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State and killed it. Little did he know that he has eaten the wealth for his generations to come.

A Blue Marlin fish is valued at about $31,000 per pound which is about N14.5 million. If the reports are correct, he would have sold the fish for 2.6 million dollars which is about N1.2 billion.

The blue marlin is one of the open ocean’s fastest, strongest predators and one of the most highly sought-after game fishes everywhere that it lives. weights of at least Reaching1800 pounds (~820 kg) and lengths of more than 16 feet (~5 m), the blue marlin is one of the largest species of bony fishes.

Some one rightly stated that we do not know what we do not know.

The worst thing that can happen to any man is dwell in ignorance in this time of free access to information and knowledge.

This is how the Fisher man ate his generational wealth out of ignorance.
You can imagine the consequences of this singular act.

The Bible encourages us thus:
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
Ephesians 4:17‭-‬18 KJV

But rather Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2 Timothy 2:15 KJV

*"And he shall bring it to Aaron's sons the priests: and he shall take thereout his handful of the flour thereof, and of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof; and the priest shall burn the memorial of it upon the altar, to be an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the Lord."*

The earlier we understand that every dot of God's command to man is for our good, the better for us.

Do you know the effect of a frankincense?
The Wikipedia says its an aromatic resin used in incense and perfumes, obtained from trees of the genus boswellia.

Frankincense provides the sweet savour and fragrance while the offering is burnt before the Lord for a memorial.

This means that the remembrance of the person who presents an offering is preserved continually before God. As the fragrance of your offsprings lingers in God's nostril He makes your life sweet.
So imagine what happens if you make little of this instruction.

Further more, the Lord gave an assurance in the book of Isaiah 44:1-5 that He will....

🕊 Pour water on him that is thirsty.
🕊 Pour floods on dry ground
🕊 Pour his spirit on your descendants.
🕊 Pour out blessing on your offsprings.

However, these promises are meant for only those who has acknowledged God as the source of their well being by presenting offerings of great significance continually before the Lord.

Do not be part of those who shy away from offerings as you will be trading for a generational loss.

One way to tap into inspired ideas is through meditation well-planned life is one set to succeed. Without setting out time apart to reason you would move like a train without bearing.

Therefore everyone is
equally allotted 24hours daily.

Time is, therefore, an asset of universal equality.No matter how busy you are not entitled to more than 25 hours in a single day, no matter who you are.

The more time you have for reasoning, the more insight you gain, and the greater result you command.

Thinkers invent things that bring improvement. so every time you are committed to thinking, what you are doing is programming for improvement.

Decades ago, the only way you can get a glass of soda is from the soda fountain so somebody came with the idea of bottling it., he told the Coca-Cola company that they could use his idea if they would give him a fraction of their increased sales. That minute percentage made him a millionaire.

If you desire greatness and constant growth, learn to set out time reason and plan your life.

Do not stop at thinking alone.
Commit your ideas into God's hands and act smartly towards achieving them.

*Text:Isaiah 62:1-12*
*Key Verse: Isaiah 62:6-7*
[6]I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence,
[7]And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

I hope you are already aware that as a champion, you are the target of the enemy.
He is not tired of plotting evil devices to will reduce you to nothing.
This is his job and I can categorically tell you that he has no shift nor vacation.
Through day and night the devil seeks for prey.

He plans and executes his mission most especially while men slept. Jesus gave a parable of how the devil works while teaching... in the book of
Matthew 13:25-26
[25]But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
[26]But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

Its paramount you know that a lot goes on while men sleep.
The good and the bad unveils during this period.
Hence to be on a safe side, you have got to wake up!

Wakee wakee! Your right is about to be collected and you snore?

Positions are being misplaced and you slumber?

The command is keep not silent, give your eyes no sleep until the end of your race.

It did not say until this particular victory is won. But till your purpose in life is fulfilled.

Am aware it's not an easy tour, however we remain champions so long as we go with God into the battle field.
This should always be your confidence! For God has sworn this and he said through his prophet...
Isaiah 49:24-25
[24]Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered?
[25]But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.

A prayer less person is a hot baked prey for the devil.

Thus keep praying and never relent.

For faulty foundations and destinies are also changed through fervent meditation during the hours of the night.

Remember "as you set your bed, so shall you lie on it"

What do you do for a living?
Are you good with its yieldings?

What project are you working on?
Does it seems to take infinity to be completed?

What ever the matter may be right now...
I advice you hang in there...

Keep pushing it...

It would certainly get better.

The story of the Lepers in book of 2kings 7:3 should be a motivating lesson for you this week.
The condition of these lepers was that which should ordinarily bring ones self esteem to zero level.

It is indeed a depressive condition that would encourage one to quit.

However they kept pushing and encouraging one another to their utmost breakthrough.

The Almighty God does not sleep, neither is He tired of hearing our prayer.

Keep moving for your victory is very near.

Your future is blessed so long as God lives.

Be a lamp, or a lifeboat, or a ladder. Help someone's soul heal. Walk out of your house like a shepherd.

In your daily routine as a true believer it is expected that your light will so shine before men that they will glorify your father who is in heaven Matthew 5:16. men should be drawn to God through your attitude. Hence if you always discourage those looking up to you, for direction they may remain in darkness and you will be accountable for their soul.

From the beginning, the light came forth and illuminated the world at the entrance of God's words...let there be light!
Similarly we cannot reflect this light if we do not draw from the source of light (the word of God), which fills the simple with wisdom and understanding beyond the world's scheme Psalm 119:130.

As a transmitter of light, the only way to remain resourceful and magnetic, is to continuously expose yourself to the undimmed and glorious light bosom.

To maintain this status, you must avoid every form of work that repels light in your thoughts, actions and inactions.

Ephesians 5:11 encourages us to: have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. 5:12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

Whenever I look at the mirror I see just my pretty self.

I see a unique woman created especially to fulfill a purpose carefully chosen for her.0ppp

I see a woman programmed to reveal excellence and exceptional glorious work.

So dear friend, I believe you also see great dreams and visions for yourself.

The truth is that you are the only one seeing more of these great reflections staring back at you.
Your neighbor may look into that same mirror and see only a face.

Joseph had a dream and shared it with his brethren.

To Joseph, his revelations depict he would be a special vessel God would use to liberate his family.

What an awesome assignment.

But to his jealous brothers, if care is not taken their little brother would grow into a mighty man of power and authority.

So they planned to terminate it on time.

I have grown to understand that no matter how much your family, friends, or colleagues may understand your vision or would like to help you achieve it, no one can see it better than you.
No one can support you better than the support you give yourself.

You own your dream, it's yours.

Do not let anyone lure you away from your God-given dream and vision for there lies your mission.

Your dream is solely yours so use it, own it and you will be honored in it.

Mind the people you share your dreams with because dream killers are everywhere.

*Text: Isaiah 40:1-31
*Key verse:
Isaiah 40:6 The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:

*LARRY or HARRY*

Larry and Harry, *two homeless men* were given a chance to travel to a third world country on an all-expenses paid trip.

They were told to carry nothing and return with nothing...

They were to make sure they spend all that was given to them.
Provision had been made for their expenses and welfare which they would get upon arrival at their destination.

The only caveat was that neither of them knew when they would be asked to return home.

As they arrived, they were both given a huge sum of money and a credit card with no limits, but reminded to spend it all before returning to their home country.

At this, they became instantly wealthy by local standards.

*Harry* thought to himself. "Wow! This is my opportunity to live like a king for I don't know how long this would last".

So he went and rented a Ferrari and rented the best room in the best hotel in town.

He went to the best stylist, shaved and transformed his looks. He had parties everyday. Everyone in the city thought the cars and the wealth were his and they loved and respected him for it.

*But....*

At the back of his mind, Harry knew he would go back home someday and leave all of it behind but he didn't want to think about it.

Right now he was living in the moment and enjoying himself to the fullest...

*Larry,* on the other hand rented a small Honda to get him around town and stayed in a modest inn.

He thought to himself. "This money will not last and I don't know when I am going back so I have to do something tangible with it."

He decided to *use it to change some people's lives while there was still time.*

So he got busy, went out on the streets and started making a difference.

He didn't just give away money, rather *he tried to help people to be self-sufficient.*
He paid off all the school fees of some promising young ones to enable them get an education and take care of themselves and their families.

He found some responsible adults and funded them in a business that guaranteed they would be able to take care of their family and create employment.

*He devised a means of helping some of the homeless people get off the street and getting them into a trade for he thought "I wish someone would do this for me when I get back".*
*_In short, while Larry was there, he was busy changing lives..._*

Then after just two months they were suddenly notified that it was time to go back.

They hadn't even finished spending all the money but still had to leave it all.

They both said their goodbyes and headed for the airport.

At the airport they were given their original clothes to put back on before boarding the plane back to their country...

Harry reminisced on the good times he had but wasn't too happy that he was going back to his old life.
How would he readjust to being homeless?

*Larry on the other hand felt good. He came with nothing and is leaving with nothing, but he at least helped others with a chance at life and that alone meant the world to him.*

Readjusting to being a homeless person wouldn't be a problem because he never lived like the wealth was his anyway and always had it at the back of his mind that he would leave it all someday.

But... Little did they know that each moment they spent on vacation was being secretly recorded and they would be rewarded accordingly.

Now, which one do you think would be cast back out to the slums as a homeless person and which one would be entrusted with large sums of wealth and position of authority?

*The same goes with our lives here on earth.*

*We are sent here on a mission and will return empty handed except for the recordings of our dealings here on earth.*

Yet, many of us walk around thinking that the wealth we have is ours to keep forever.
We look at ourselves in the mirror and think that what we see will always be there, forgetting that we are wearing a temporary cloth, a human body, that would be required of us before we leave this world.

Our vacation on earth is but a short time while eternity is forever. How we spend this vacation determines how we get to spend eternity.

So.... HOW ARE YOU LIVING YOUR LIFE? ARE YOU LARRY OR HARRY ???

*Topic: Tardiness: act of irresponsibility *
*Text: Proverbs 21:1-31*
*Key Verse: Proverbs 21:5
[5]The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want.*

What we call the African time is a very wrong act that the society at large has accepted.
Tardiness has become a norm against the virtue of punctuality which is considered as inconsequential.

Over time I stopped being punctual as I felt being prompt to events was no longer ideal as others would always keep me waiting and wasting away my precious time.

However, the last that broke the Carmel's back occurred few weeks ago.
A funeral service was set to start by 9am, but as usual I had 10am in mind.
But to my utmost disappointment, the program was already at its climax at my arrival.
And as a participant with a key role, I entered the venue feeling like a crab stepped on.
With this awful feeling, I made up my mind seated there to change for good.
It is either early or never.

Tardiness is indeed an act of irresponsibility as it reveals that you are:

1. A procrastinator who waits for last minute to do it's jobs and as a result, attend it other functions late.

2. Not a good planner and lacks time management.

3. Not diligent and as result you can not be trusted or depended on.

4. Insensitive about people's feeling and time.

5. Rude and lacks respect for others.

In short, lateness can make you lose great opportunity.

You can imagine the negative effects of this simple act.

Punctuality announces so much good about you without altering a word.

It will not take a miracle to become punctual.
It would only cost you some energy and effort to intentionally stay on top of your schedule.

You can not influence others positively as a habitual late comer.

Why not make the choice to change as I have done.

*Text: Leviticus 23:1-20*
*Key verse:Leviticus 23:15-16*
[15]And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
[16]Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.*

Among the feasts declared by God, the feast of shavout (also known as Pentecost because of the counting of the Omer) reminds man the essence of his creation.

God told moses to command the children of Israel to hold a feast in the third month at Mount Sinai to mark their complete redemption from slavery of man through the acceptance of the law of God.

This feast of Shavout commemorates the anniversary of the giving of the Law. And it is celebrated on the morrow after the seventh Sabbath has been numbered.

Hence, if you did not celebrate the Passover on the right day, and wave sheave not marked, you will miss the counting of the Omer which invariable gives you a wrong date to mark the feast of Shavout.

This also means that anyone who picks any date to celebrate Shavout as a day the Holy Spirit descended upon the disciples is working in error.

The feast of Shavout signifies our celebration of victory over ignorance and sin.
Therefore, the anniversary did not end with our patriarch but a command that stands through all generations.
Just as the scriptures clarify this:
Deuteronomy 6:2
[2]That thou mightest fear the LORD thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.

Psalms 119:89
[89]LAMED. Forever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
