Happy new week, everyone.
It’s a blessed week in Jesus’ name. 🙏🏽
This Monday, remember: growth starts with your reasoning and intention first.
Taking care of your body is part of stewardship. It is a responsibility we will give account for—to God and to the people dear to us.
At EnnyMoo Essentials, I support families and individuals with healthy options such as tigernut drink, fruity zobo, sweetened and unsweetened yogurt, Kunnu Zaki, pap (paste and powder form), nourishing meals, herbal teas, and treats like ice cream and milky crunchy chinchin.
Beyond production and sales, I also coach people who want to learn how to produce what I sell or who want to adopt a healthier lifestyle. This journey is personal to me—I’ve walked this road myself, from being overweight to living consciously and intentionally.

I saw a post recently where someone talked about yogurt production and mentioned that adding ingredients like cornflour, pectin, or gelatin means the yogurt is not “good.” A particular brand of Greek yogurt was even referenced because of how thick it is.
I had to share my perspective.
As a baker, food and drink producer, and someone who teaches people how to produce foods commercially, I understand what these ingredients do. They are not harmful substances. They are edible, approved, and already present in many foods we consume daily—bread, pastries, sauces, custards, and even baby foods.
What I fully agree with is the need for clear ingredient listing. Transparency allows consumers to make informed choices. If something doesn’t work for you, you don’t buy it. Simple.
Let’s also be honest—every business exists to make profit. Producers often adjust based on the kind of customers they serve. That is not cutting corners; it is understanding your market. What must never be compromised is safety, hygiene, and correct measurement.
At EnnyMoo Essentials, everything I produce is tested, measured, and consumed by my own family first. If it doesn’t pass that test, it doesn’t get sold. That same standard is what I pass on to people I train.

I’ve discovered something important: success requires a certain level of confidence—sometimes even audacity.
Many times, we cage ourselves with fear of what people will say or how we will be perceived. But the truth is this: most people are not really paying attention to your life. Many are too busy watching others because they haven’t taken responsibility for their own.
So why hold back?
When you truly need help—when bills need to be paid, when life needs sorting—many of those people you fear will not assist you. Some will even mock you. That’s reality.
So here’s my admonition today:
Go all out. Let people know what you do. Show up boldly.
Even if family members or people who know you don’t patronize or support you, don’t stop. As long as you keep improving, refining, and getting better, life will reposition you.
Life will align you with the right people.
They will find you.
And they will support you—big time.
There is no need to be timid.
Timidity is not a fruit of the Spirit.
Move boldly.
Do the work.
Let your results speak.

Did you know?
Within an hour of drinking hibiscus tea (Zobo), the antioxidant power of the bloodstream increases as the body absorbs its natural phytonutrients.
This is one reason hibiscus is widely loved for its supportive role in heart and overall wellness, including healthy blood pressure support when taken as part of a balanced lifestyle.
At EnnyMoo Essentials, our Zobo is:
✔️ Carefully prepared
✔️ Rich in natural hibiscus goodness
✔️ Refreshing, tasty, and nourishing
Drink with intention. Nourish your body naturally.

FREE IS NOT ALWAYS A BLESSING — A 2026 MINDSET SHIFT
I’ve noticed something over time.
A lot of people admire what you do.
They want your results.
They want your recipes.
They want your process.
But they don’t want to pay.
If what you want is free, there are plenty of places to go.
YouTube is full of free videos. Google is available 24/7.
But let me say this clearly:
The most valuable things are never on the surface.
Precious things are found in the deep.
And to go deep, you must pay—either with money, time, effort, or experience.
People don’t withhold information because they’re wicked.
They withhold it because every serious business has secrets.
Those secrets are what create consistency, excellence, and distinction.
I’m into drink and beverage production.
If you taste my tigernut drink today and taste it again tomorrow, it tastes the same.
Why? Because I have a standard recipe I paid to learn.
Over the years, I’ve tweaked it, improved it, and added my creativity.
Now it’s my signature.
That’s the power of paying to learn:
You get consistency
You stop operating like a novice
You can replicate results—even when you’re not there
Recently, I commented on a post, and three people immediately asked for my recipe.
When I said it was paid, the conversation ended.
And I thought to myself:
Do you think I paid for training, lost money experimenting, failed multiple times, gained experience over years—just to hand it over casually?
No.
And that is not wickedness.
That is respect for value.
Here’s something I’ve learned: When people pay, they pay attention.
Free things are rarely valued.
Even in paid trainings, sometimes it’s just one sentence, one tip, one correction that changes everything—and that alone makes it worth it.
If you want to go commercial, especially in food and drink production, there are things you will never find on YouTube. You need someone into it who will hold you by the hand and walk you through.
Nobody puts their real secrets out there.
So in 2026, let’s change the mindset:
Stop chasing free things
Start paying for value
Respect people’s knowledge, time, and experience
Value does not come cheap.
And what you don’t value, you won’t grow with.
Pay for what you want to become good at.
It will save you years of trial and error. It makes you achieve faster.
Thank you.
Let’s talk about audacity.
You saw something I advertised.
You asked for the price.
I gave you the price.
You insinuated it was too expensive… then you disappeared.
Days later, you came back—not to buy—but to ask for the video, so you could go and get it elsewhere.
Wow.
Let me say this clearly:
Quality has a price. Integrity has a value.
At EnnyMoo Essentials, you’re not just paying for a product.
You’re paying for:
Clean ingredients
Intentional preparation
Knowledge, time, and experience
Consistency and standards
If my price is not for you, that’s okay.
But don’t devalue my work and still try to benefit from it.
This year, we’re choosing aligned customers, not entitled ones.
And we’re pricing with confidence.
EnnyMoo Essentials — premium, intentional, unapologetic.
Esther 1:2
“That in those days, when King Ahasuerus was ruling in Shushan, his strong town…”
There is a lesson here: strength gives you authority.
The king ruled from his strong town — not a place of weakness or confusion.
You can only truly excel and shine in your area of strength.
At EnnyMoo Essentials, I stay rooted in what I know and do best:
healthy, natural drinks and nourishing foods prepared with intention, care, and consistency. That’s my strong town — quality, wellness, and mindful living.
When you build from your strength, growth becomes natural.
When you stand firm in what you’re good at, impact follows.
This Sunday, ask yourself:
Where is your strong town?
That’s where you’re meant to shine.
Happy Sunday ❤️

New Year. Same body. Greater responsibility.
At the beginning of a new year, we talk about goals, plans, and success.
But one thing that must never be optional is our health.
Many people say “I’m fine” until one day, we suddenly hear “they are gone.”
Often, it’s not sudden — it’s undetected.
That’s why medical check-ups are non-negotiable.
Early detection saves lives.
And while we trust God, we must also take responsibility.
If money isn’t available yet, don’t do nothing.
Start with small, consistent lifestyle choices:
What you eat
What you drink
How you rest
How you manage stress
This is the heart of EnnyMoo Essentials.
I produce and sell: • Healthy natural drinks
• Herbal teas for everyday wellness
• Pap (ogi) and nourishing local meals
• Catering services focused on balanced, mindful eating
Because good health is built daily, not only in the hospital.

FASTING SEASON: EAT CLEAN, NOT JUST “LIGHT”
This period, many of us increase our intake of fruits and vegetables — which is good.
But here’s the question: are you sure what you’re eating is actually clean?
I personally love vegetables like cucumber, carrots, cabbage, garden egg.
I also take fruits — golden melon, watermelon, pawpaw, orange, and of course pineapple (pineapple is a must-have 😄 especially for someone that produces fruity Zobo).
But let’s be honest — most fruits and vegetables we buy are not organic. That’s a conversation for another day.
So whichever one you choose to eat, how you wash it matters.
👉 I wash fruits and vegetables with warm water + salt + white vinegar.
👉 I scrub them well, scrape off dirt, wash under running water, then drain properly before eating.
This simple step helps remove dirt, germs, and residues — because yes, you can get typhoid from poorly washed fruits and vegetables.
Also, vegetables are not limited to cucumber and carrots alone.
Ugwu, spinach, waterleaf, ewedu and others are rich in vitamins and nutrients and should be part of your meals too.
Fasting is about discipline, but healthy fasting is about wisdom.
At EnnyMoo Essentials, we encourage clean eating, intentional nourishment, and simple habits that protect your health.
Eat fruits.
Eat vegetables.
But above all — eat clean.

Ever heard of MULLEIN (Mullen)?
Nature has been supporting breathing long before pharmacies existed.
Mullein leaf is traditionally used for cough, chest congestion, sore throat and lung support. Gentle. Simple. Plant-based.
How it fits into daily life:
– Brew as a light tea
– Sip warm, especially during cold weather or dusty Lagos days
– Can be taken occasionally, not abused
Trying natural remedies first isn’t bad at all — wisdom is balance.
But please 👉 always check with your doctor, especially if you’re on medications or managing a health condition.
At EnnyMoo Essentials, we believe in informed wellness, not trends.
Natural support, done responsibly.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY PAP — THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTED 😃
Pap was the first thing I sold when I started Enny Foods about 4 years ago.
This is not something I just added — this is my foundation.
And no, I don’t just soak and grind ordinary corn.
When I say I know my onions and I prioritise your health, I mean it.
👉 White Pap:
Made from a careful blend of white corn, white millet, and sorghum — not corn alone.
👉 Yellow Pap:
Produced with yellow corn and jero, finished with a dash of turmeric for added value.
👉 Brown Pap:
By now, you already know the combination 😃 — balanced, nourishing, and intentional.
This is why you cannot compare my pap with roadside pap.
To make life easier for you, I produce pap in both paste and powder form.
I also use a dehydrator — for convenience, longer shelf life, and nutrient retention.
No stress of: ❌ changing pap water
❌ foul odour
❌ breeding maggots
❌ moving pap in and out of the freezer
Just clean, wholesome pap — ready when you are.
Pap is also one of the best foods during fasting — gentle on the stomach, nourishing, and satisfying.
So yes, now you know: ✔ what I do
✔ what’s available
✔ why I’m different
