Hey Fam!! Good morning!!! So, I know how hard most of our Ladies work out, trying to get a slim, sexy, trimmed waist, all for that guy to comman grab...or not. Lol. So I'll be sharing a workout tip for a Slim Waist.. Standing Side Kick
Targets: Inner thighs, glutes, quadriceps, outer hips
With feet hip-width apart and hands on hips, slowly extend right leg to the side at hip height in 3 full counts. Be sure to keep inner thigh parallel to the floor. Hold for 1 count, then take 3 counts to lower to floor. Do 15 times, then switch sides.

Are you Happy with your butt shape?

Hello fam, it's Monday again😖.
Arrgh!!! I know right. But Before you start complaining about how much work you'll 'eventually' have to do today-if you don't have a job then your job is to pray, and go get a job-let's talk about what your body needs for that kind of Job. Energy...through breakfast
The components of a healthy morning meal will vary depending on your age and diet restrictions.
But here's a great breakfast tip that's healthy for all blood types, age, and also tastes great (not all diet plans taste funny and cause retromolar slapping).
FRIED SWEET POTATOES AND GREEK YOGURT
Sweet potatoes are a superior source of beta-carotene, which our bodies convert to vitamin A. Studies have found between 100-1600 micrograms of vitamin A in every 3.5 ounces of sweet potatoes. Purple fleshed sweet potatoes contain anthocyanins which have important antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory properties, which help lower the potential health risk posed by heavy metals and oxygen radicals.
Not only are sweet potatoes low in calories, but they’re high in fiber and are a good source of folate, vitamins B6, C and E.
Oh, you don't have potatoes at home?
Well, Now that you know sweet potatoes contain beta-carotene, you'll be buying those next time.
All yogurts are excellent sources of calcium, potassium, protein, zinc, and vitamins B6 and B12. But what distinguishes Greek yogurt is its thicker, creamier texture because the liquid whey is strained out. Also, it contains probiotic cultures and is lower in lactose and has twice the protein content of regular yogurts.
Greek yogurt is a creamy, rich yogurt with less sugar, more carbs, and a tart taste. The acidity also makes it easier for your body to absorb other nutrients. This makes it a great choice for lactose intolerant folks. Plain Greek yogurt is a nutrient-packed snack that has many health benefits.
