HOME REMEDY FOR OILY SKIN - Contd

Lastly - HONEY SCRUB - To treat skin illnesses, it heals damaged skin cells, protect your skin hydrated. 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon of ground almonds, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice - mix together - scrub face for 3 minute - wash off with lukewarm water.

2- COFFEE SCRUB - It helps wake your skin, making it glow because it will increase the circulation of blood under your skin. 1 tablespoon of coffee,1 tablespoon of yoghourt, mix them together and use to scrub your face for 2 minute. leave on for 5minutes - wash off with warm water - repeat twice a week.

3- Oatmeal scrub - it soothe and cleanse the skin with its anti-inflammatory compounds and Saponins (it occur in many plant foods, eating saponins may help lower your cholesterol and reduce your risks of heart disease as your immune compounds benefits from theses plant compound as well), yoghourt cleanses the skin, honey keeps the skin moisturized. 1tablespoon oatmeal,1 tablespoon yoghourt, 1 tablespoon honey - mix together and apply on the face and neck( as your neck is an extension of your face) - leave for 10minutes and scrub in circular motion with wet finger for 5minutes and rinse off. regular use of this scrub give your face a glow and remove excess oil to the minimum.

Understand more so that, whatever or 70% of what you have inside is a reaction to what you have outside. So, as much as oily skin can be worked on with some remedy am about to share, intake of oily food should be reduced to the nearest minimum, as oily skin is caused by over secretion of the sebaceous gland (gland responsible for the secretion of oil in the body).

1- Cucumber scrub - the mild astringent in it will shrink your skin pores. You need 1/2 cucumber, grate or mash it's, apply on your face and massage it for 3-5minutes and rinse with water. Apply twice a week or more.
