1️⃣ Line below: draw a thin line along the bottom edge of your brow, from under the arch to the tail
2️⃣ Line above: draw a second line along the top edge to outline your shape
3️⃣ Blend / brush down: fill the outline with light hair-like strokes, then brush the hairs down with a spoolie
4️⃣ Blend / brush up: brush the hairs up and blend for a soft, full, natural finish

Pro tip: use light, short strokes and keep the tail thinner than the front so the brow looks natural, not drawn on.
