Yesss!!! They do
Your hair grow every other day but if you're not seeing the result, that only means your habit doesn't make you retain the new growth.
Simple thing to do?
Build regimen that works for you and be consistent with it.
What do regimen looks like?
✅ Shampoo and condition bi-weekly or whatever that works for your lifestyle.
✅ Alternate between deep conditioning and protein treatments (make a calendar of which one to do at every wash day and stick to it)
✅ Moisturise daily or 2-3 times weekly (that's why you need to know what works best for you).
✅ Trim dead/split end 2-4 times yearly.
✅ Avoid the use of chemicals or heat as much as you can.
✅ Avoid Over-manipulation, rotate between protective styles and letting the hair breathe.
