Many people have beautifully shaped eyebrows naturally that just need to be defined instead of alteration.

Apply foundation on lip before applying lipstick, this way lipstick stays for a longer time. Using a lip liner can also make the lipstick stay for long.

Shimmer makes eyes really pop, but it also highlights heavy lids, lines and wrinkles. If you don't have wrinkled eyelids yet (I do and I don't care!), try this great look for shimmer: create a "n**e" lid, but apply a bit of gold shimmer to the browbone. Gorgeous!

Lipstick done? You might notice there's still a bit of lipstick down in the tube. Scrape out the last bits with a cotton swap or orange stick and mix it with Vaseline or lip gloss in a lipstick palette. Use a lip brush to apply.

To prevent your lips from feeling dry when you apply matte lipstick, apply lip balm on your lips before you start your make up. By the time you do your eyes and the rest of the face your lips would have absorbed the balm and will be ready for the matte lipstick.

Mascara is a breeding ground for germs. Be sure to replace it every three months.
