No matter how tempting it is, do not burst your pimples. You will only end up with dar spots.
You are what you eat. For an amazing skin,reduce your consumption of fizzy drinks,the gas in it makes you feel bloated while the processed sugar makes your skin look dull. Interestingly,sugar is good for the skin when used externally as a scrub.
