When I say my honey is raw honey ,people wonder why.

Fresh, raw honey is loaded with antioxidants, though it contains only trace elements of other nutrients. Adding it to the boiling water destroys many of its nutrients,enzymes and vitamins that are naturally provided, in the same way as cooking food for a long time destroys its nutrients.

Instead of adding honey to boiling water, adding it to lukewarm water would be much more beneficial.

Make sure the honey you are buying is truly raw honey .
