Break the Chains, Choose Life!”
Every life is precious. Every dream deserves a chance.
Methamphetamine, commonly known as "ice", is not just a drug—it’s a slow poison. Melted and smoked through pipes, it destroys the mind, damages the heart, and chains the soul.
Many are drawn to it by peer pressure, escape, or false confidence. But what follows is addiction, paranoia, violent behavior, and long-term brain damage. Families are broken. Futures are stolen.
Just like human trafficking, drug abuse—especially substances like meth—is a silent destroyer, creeping into communities, stealing our youth, and replacing purpose with pain.
It’s time to rise.
🚫 Say NO to ice, to pills, to the lies.
🌱 Say YES to life, healing, and dignity.
💬 Start the conversation.
🤝 Be the reason someone finds help.
Be the voice for the voiceless.
Be the light in the shadows.
Be the change.

In These Defining Moments…
We acknowledge the deep emotion and unrest felt across the nation — especially by the courageous students of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai (IBBUL) and beyond, whose voices echo a strong demand for justice and reform.
At Face of Gbagyi Niger, we commend your boldness. Your passion is powerful and your cause, undeniable.
As we support this collective pursuit of change, we also encourage peaceful dialogue and calm resolve. True transformation is built not just in the streets, but through unity, wisdom, and shared purpose.

🕊️ Gbagyi: The People of Peace 🕊️
“Peace is not just what we speak — it’s how we live.”
They say, "Who are these people that smile even through struggle?"
We say, we are Gbagyi.
We carry firewood on our shoulders, But we carry no grudges in our hearts.
Our homes are open — even to strangers.
In Gbagyi land, a visitor is never thirsty, and quarrels are ended when elders break the gourd and wisdom flows.
Our elders speak — and peace returns.
In Kwali, a woman molds peace into clay.
In Paiko, a farmer shares yam with his neighbor.
In Gwagwalada, we dance together, not divide.
From Minna to Suleja, our drums beat for unity.
We have faced trials.
Floods, famine, and silence.
But we never lost our song of peace.
We rebuild, we forgive, we rise.
So when you ask,
“Who are the Gbagyi?”
We say:
We are peace in people, strength in silence, and unity in culture.
We are Face of Gbagyi Niger and peace is our true face.
