Who's ready to find out the interesting facts about skincare routine?🥁🥁🥁💃💃💃

*A skincare routine simply means using a group of products that work together to deliver more effective results than individual products.*🥳

It is a practice that involves the use of a group of products aimed at providing proper care of your "Facial Skin."

In other words, you don't make use of a single product for a skincare routine.❌

Before I go further, I want you to note this:👇🏻

If you want to treat any skin issues like Acne, Sunburn, Hyperpigmentation, Eczema, you MUST begin a skincare routine.

If you want a flawless, healthy skin even in your old age, start a skincare routine. It's as simple as that. 👌🏻

You treating acne or sunburn with just Face Cream is like you trying to travel to the moon on foot.🤤 Ha!! How e wan take happen kwanu????🥴🤣

Skincare routine can be BASIC or ADVANCE.

If you're on a basic skincare routine, it means you use the basic skincare products, which includes: Facial Cleanser, Exfoliator (Face Scrub), Toner, and Moisturizer (Face Cream).

And if you're on an advanced routine, it means your routine involves a Facial Cleanser, Eye Cream, Serum and Moisturizers (Day Cream & Night Cream).

And if you're beginning a routine to treat a skin concern like Acne, you'll add some other products like Clay Mask & Charcoal Mask to your routine. 😊

Which ever routine you choose to begin, make sure you're using products that are most suits your SKIN TYPE. This is very important.📌 (I'll make another post or probably go live to talk more about skin type. Anticipate 🔥)

Also, allow me to clear this: SKINCARE ROUTINE IS FOR EVERYONE, WHETHER YOU'RE A MAN OR WOMAN. 📌

Your feet deserve some love and care too. A common problem associated with lack of proper foot care is Athlete's foot.

Athlete’s foot is a fungal infection that affects the upper layer of the skin of the foot, especially when it is warm, moist, and irritated.

It is as also known as tinea pedi and ringworm of the foot._(Heeww🤧)_

The fungus that causes Athlete's foot is called Trichophyton and it is commonly found on floors and in clothing.🥲🥶

Athlete’s foot fungus only infects the skin if conditions are right👉It requires a warm and moist environment, for example, the inside of a shoe. 👞

Athlete’s foot most commonly develops between the toes.

It usually causes burning, stinging, redness, and itching.

It also causes flaking of the skin in some people.

It is the most common type of fungal infection.

Wearing thick, tight shoes often is likely to trigger your risk of developing Athlete's foot, because they squeeze your toes together, thereby creating ideal conditions for the fungus to thrive. 🤌🏻📌

If you wear damp socks 🧦 and your feet are warm, there is a greater risk of you developing Athlete's foot.

So DO NOT wear damp socks often. Stop being lazy and wash your socks when you should so it can dry properly before you wear them. Help yasef🤌🏻🤧

Stop your nonchalant attitude and pay attention to your feet. They deserve some love and care too.👌🏻
