School stress is not good on me at all.
I look darker. I look slimmer. I look tired. Okofia isn't even helping matters 😩
But I know it’s going to be temporary.
When I’m done, I’m going to glow up.

Who else experiences this?

One month until second semester exams commence. At this point I've got a lot going on with studies, trying my best to cover up, especially as this semester is a very short one but filled with bulky courses. It's tiring and I'm overwhelmed. I keep asking God for his grace and to finish what He has started in my life.

Today my Chiefs got inducted into the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. My friend and I, along with some of my course mates, volunteered to help out with the ceremony. There were two options: ushering and choristers, but I chose ushering.

I specifically volunteered to usher at the podium because I wanted to see everything up close. I wanted to tap into the blessings of the day and get motivated. And I did.

Watching them take their oath stirred something in me. I felt inspired, but also a little sad because I realized I still have a long way to go. I kept reminding myself: "One day, it will definitely be me up there."

I wish you all the very best as you go into the labor market. I’m grateful for the experience I gained volunteering. It was worth it.
One day soon, it’ll be my turn by His Grace.

Just because I love capturing memories, today my fellow executives and I visited our 100-level juniors in Awka for their orientation.

First week of resumption never goes easy on me 😅
I'm still trying to get into the flow, figure out the courses, build a realistic study schedule, and see how this semester is going to play out.
