She is an Igbo lady.

Her name is Queen Nwokoye, an award-winning Nigerian actress, model, entrepreneur, television personality and philanthropist.

Queen Nwokoye was born on August 11, 1982 in Lagos State in the south western part of Nigeria into a Catholic family. She is currently 41 years old.

Queen Nwokoye hails from Ihembosi in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. She is from a family of seven, three boys and four girls.

She completed her primary school education at Air Force Primary School, Enugu where she obtained her First School Leaving Certificate. She later enrolled into the Queen's College, Enugu for her secondary school education and obtained her West African Senior School Certificate.

After completing her primary and secondary school education, Queen Nwokoye proceeded to Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Anambra State and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology.

Queen Nwokoye grew up with the ambition of becoming a lawyer. She later became passionate with acting while in school. In 2004, at the age of 22, she joined the Nigeria movie industry and acted in her first movie “Nna Men”, a movie that brought her to limelight.

Queen Nwokoye is very beautiful, creative and talented. She can fit in any role given to her by a movie producer and director. Sometimes she plays comedy roles in movies, sometimes she play romantic roles in movies, sometimes she play action roles in movies and sometimes she play tragedy roles in movies.

She has acted alongside with Nigerian actors and actresses like Chioma Akpotha, Ngozi Ezeonu, Jerry Williams, Frederick Leonard, Sedater Saviour, Ugezu J Ugezu, to name a few.

She is known for Ada Mbano (2014), Pretty Liars (2014), Chetanna (2015), Oshimiri (2015).

In 2011, Queen Nwokoye got married to Mr. Oluchi Uzoma, a businessman from Imo State and the marriage is blessed with three beautiful kids, a set of twin boys and a girl.

Even though she is a well-known Nigerian actress, Queen Nwokoye is a very private person who prefers to keep her private life out of the spotlight.
