A woman became friends with the wife of her husband's longtime family friend. The friendship grew, and they became quite close.

Recently, the wife gave birth and sent the woman an invitation to her child's dedication ceremony. However, the husband, who has been a family friend of the woman's husband long before either wife came into the picture, did not invite the woman's husband.

Now the woman is confused.
