You must be confused now right? 😁

Well,I do my best to put up the best knowledge I’ve about skincare here. Most times I don’t expect you to rush to my DM and buy everything but I derive joy in solving/educating people on necessary things they should know about their skin….

So learn why you should stop washing your face with soap.

Washing your face with the wrong kind of products can leave it looking dull and wrinkled and this includes SOAP.

When you use a face wash suited for your skin type, you can be sure it contains ingredients that are required to keep your skin looking it’s best….but you can’t expect such with soap.

The harsh chemicals present in soap will clean but won’t protect your skin,although you can use it for the rest of your body,but the skin on your face is more delicate and can easily start looking damaged.

So, keep soap 🧼 off your face and get a good cleanser for your skin type.

Again,Our skin pH balance is generally between 4 and 6.5, even when the skin is very oily (That’s it’s acidic). On the other hand, it’s extremely alkaline and goes towards the extreme.

So, if you use soap on your face, it messes with it’s pH balance and acidic mantle and this makes the face condition worse.

Have you ever noticed how your face feels really dry and tight after washing your face with soap?

Soap has that effect on your skin, it strips your skin off it’s natural oil leaving that dry feel.

If you feel that your face is too oily,use a face wash suitable for oily skin that will wash off the oils and dirt from the surface of the skin but will not disturb the skin delicate pH balance.
Washing your face with soap 🧼 is like washing it with detergent.
