I’m so tired of being sad, tired of being frustrated, I’m tired of complaining of the same thing.

What Products Do You Actually Need In Your Skin Care Routine after recovering from Illness?

It's a commonly asked question: "Which products are actually necessary for me right now?"

There are literally so many different products to choose from when it comes to skin care, but, especially when you're just starting out, all you need are the basics.

Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing, & SPF.
(And pre-cleansing on makeup days 👍🏻)

Focus on these main steps at first, and no, you don't need separate products for day and night.
In the morning, use a gentle cleanser, a balancing toner, and a light moisturizer, followed by an SPF.

In the evening, it's best to pre-cleanse with an oil based cleanser/balm, then use your normal cleanser, toner, and follow with your moisturizer.

Once you establish your foundational routine, you can go into looking at products that are really targeting your concerns so you can get super results-focused with everything. Things like serums, exfoliants, masks, and treatments, etc.

But the most important thing, (that a lot of people often skip, especially when first starting out), is establishing that basic routine that you know is absolutely working for you, before adding in anything more.
