I try as much as possible to avoid foods that comes from the factory.

Here is what most people don't know

Factory foods obstruct the normal processes and release of energy which affect the pressure of the blood

White Rice, bread, cakes, biscuits, noodles, spaghetti etc digests faster into the blood more than the body can use within a short period of time.

Then you get hungry and crave more.

Foods like beams, unpolished rice, millet flour yam,.potatoes, oat, plantain flour unpolished fruits and veggies etc coming straight from the farm and has minimal.processing stays longer in the body, gets digested over a longer period of time and releases energy that the body needs per time and so it's not stored up

If you love yourself and don't want to suffer dis-eases like high blood pressure, inflammations, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhoea, fogginess, arthritis, hormonal imbalance, stroke, colon cancer etc...

Stick to eating straight from the farm earthy foods

A recent French study has linked prolonged use of certain progestogen-based contraceptives to an increased risk of developing intracranial meningioma, a benign brain tumor that constitutes 40% of primary tumors of the central nervous system. Although non-cancerous, this tumor grows from the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord and can cause significant problems by impinging on these structures, often requiring surgical removal.

The research, conducted by the French National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety, analyzed data from over 108,000 women and found that using 150 mg medroxyprogesterone acetate (Depo-Provera) for a year or more was associated with a 5.6-fold higher risk of the tumor.

Other progestogens, such as 5 mg oral medrogestone and 0.125 mg/0.5 mg oral promegestone, also showed increased risks, though less pronounced. The study did not find similar risks with progesterone, dydrogesterone, or levonorgestrel-releasing IUDs.

The study’s findings emphasize the need for women to regularly review their contraceptive options with healthcare providers, considering the potential risks associated with long-term use of specific progestogens. The results may lead to a shift in preference towards IUDs and prompt further research to better understand the dose-response relationship and risks in different populations.
