Come.... My wife is in the car,she said the baby's head is out.

I rushed out with my delivery set,opened the back seat and behold the baby's head was out and I immediately worn my surgical gloves and carefully delivered the baby and handed over to my colleague to rush inside and suction the baby.

Then I asked the husband to assist me, we carried the wife into a stretcher and she was wheeled into the delivery room.

I delivered the placenta, removed all blood clots, checked for lacerations and carried out all necessary procedures to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.

I cleaned her up and after an hour observation, everything was fine and I took her into the ward.

Mother and baby was fine.

I inquired from her to know what exactly happened,that she didn't notice the labour signs and she said everything started within 1 hour,as she was trying to gather her bags,her water broke and luckily for her,the husband was around.
