A gentle reminder that you are not “worth it” for overworking or anything else that you may have picked up from an earlier time.

Along my journey healing with nature and introducing others to flower essences I’ve learned one powerful lesson… these patterns don’t just go away and sometimes the gentle support of flowers essences can help us acknowledge and start to release these patterns.

Two burn outs and one post partum depression later I am grateful to the essences that have helped me heal side by side with nature. 🖤🦋

Give inner peace a chance 💛

I love when the sun hits just right and you wake up to the gentle magic of the essential oil rollers. Since they are 80x more powerful than the herbs they come from they are loaded with natural benefits to bring balance, new inspiration and peace to your day.

One of my favorite questions to ask people is whether they know about flower essences or not. While I believe it’s the time to spread their magic the first response I normally get is no or I tried them one or two times but didn’t know what I was doing or didn’t feel anything.

The truth is although they can be a very intuitive experience if they aren’t used correctly you may not be supported properly.

So how do you know if it’s the right time to use them and how exactly can they support you?

The first thing I recommend is getting clear on your intention. What are you currently focusing on and could the essences be supportive to you at this

The essences have a way of gently guiding you towards answers and ways of living that you already know to be true somewhere deeper inside. 🖤♾️

Love + fairy lantern is in the air 🧚‍♀️

Earlier this week the flower essence, fairy lantern came to me (swipe to the end to see a photo of her magic). She almost looks like a heart which is so fitting for love day.

It turns out she was perfect for now, I always find it amazing that you can even look at photos of the flowers and feel an instant connection which is exactly what happened between us. Very romantic 🖤

Despite how this essence may sound, fairy lantern has been supporting me and my inner child accept our adult responsibilities and maturity. With two children I’m embracing it all, loving every moment while finding little moments to adjust to this new way of living and being needed every second of the day.

This felt very fitting and I’m also learning sometimes self-love is not the most fluffy but moving through these processes feels so fulfilling and rewarding.

I’m proud of the mamas and beautiful women on here paving their own paths in ways that don’t always feel comfortable but are SO powerful, amazing and unique.

How do you want to feel today?

This changes as often as the day, seasons and moments. And still, you’ll always be drawn to the essential oil roller that meets you where you want to go, through your sense of smell. You can trust in its cues.

While rolling on I like to picture a place in nature and let the ingredients take me there. Whether it’s a quiet forest, sunrise skin, by the ocean you choose your happy place.

They say motherhood changes you. Both experiences of bearing children opened me up to creativity, animal-like instincts or intuition, to nature. Bodhi taught me that when your spark is dim and you start to feel dull inside trust yourself and don’t be afraid to reconnect with your greatest passions. For me it has always been the work that I do here and life has a comical way of reminding me this every time I go off course. Marlowe inspired me to create a new collection around energetic protection, Marygold and reminded me of the black panther inner strength that we as women posses. I was sick almost everyday with her but I kept going and realized that I could thrive despite the daily challenges. I’m proud the lessons of motherhood continue to shape my business as a female founder there’s a lot of stigma around slowing down when you become a mother and that children are a barrier to going after dreams. I thank each lesson in motherhood for offering me the energy needed to keep going, to become a better version of myself and to continue growing Myraflores. I thank my children everyday for what they’ve already taught me in 3 short years and I hope to in return give them what they need to feel free to be themselves, whatever that may look like. As I come back to this space feeling both recharged after a social media break but also slightly sleep deprived as a new mother I see this year as the year we thrive with nature and that we all may truly nurture what we believe in. 🌀🦋
