I’m having a beautiful time in India 😇
Even though this is my 8th visit, this place continues to amaze and surprise me with its colorful culture, the amazing people (i’ve met so many different, interesting, cool and sweet people), the beautiful nature in all its glorious forms, the delicious food and the all pervading spirituality sometimes mixed with modern commercial life 😉🙏

On my latest travels through Sri Lanka and India I had a few encounters with massive cockroaches 😱
I want to overcome this fear. Giving the ones in my bathroom cute names helped 😅 as well as drawing this pretty version (involving study of cockroach pictures online 😆)

How have you worked on overcoming fear?

Back to healthy and yummy cooking 😋 I believe everyone should eat and do what(ever the f*) makes them happy, but i do like to possibly inspire people to make more conscious and healthier choices 🤓 (which works well with tasty stuff hehe)
These cabbage wraps and stuffed tomato were very popular with my work’s board members.
Cabbage wraps stuffed with carrot, bell pepper, radish, sesame, feta and warm spices. Tomatoes filled with walnut, goat’s cheese and radish leaves (yes you can eat them and they are nice and spicy)
