We’re looking for a skilled and community-minded barber to join Kindred Kuts, Amsterdam’s q***r barbershop. If you love working with diverse hair textures, creating gender-affirming cuts, and being part of a welcoming and inclusive space, we’d love to hear from you!

About Us:

Kindred Kuts is a q***r-owned barbershop that specializes in short to medium-length cuts, including mullets, wolf cuts, shags, and fades. We prioritize a safe, affirming, and creative environment for LGBTQ+ folks and marginalized communities.

Who We’re Looking For
✔ Q***r-identifying barber – this is a space by and for the community
✔ Skilled in clipper and/or scissor cuts (experience with curly/coily hair is a huge plus!)
✔ Inclusive & affirming – you understand the importance of gender-affirming cuts and creating a safe space for clients
✔ Reliable, friendly, and drama-free
✔ Open to growing with us and contributing to the Kindred Kuts vibe
