I used to be a fanatic regarding climate change and sustainable living.
It started as a camera assistant on a documentary on biodynamic agriculture 40 years ago.

Over time, I've learned I am not here to save the planet.
Although I do love nature.
I have a deep passion and fascination for how nature works and for whatever is possible for us to expand.

I am not on a mission. I am not here to save other people, either.
That is not my purpose. I am my own purpose.

Suffering from what's happening worldwide, worrying, and feeling frustrated about the future for yourself or your loved ones.
Keeps you subconsciously in angst.
Care about the planet in a way, feeling the pressure and the responsibility obsessively, and investing in a sustainable lifestyle to solve global problems. Eco-Anxiety.

I get it. I see factories in places where I would rather see wildlife or massive amounts of plastic, where I prefer to see alien sea creatures instead.
I experience more pleasure in decorating my house with recycled wooden things or a real pumpkin instead of plastic objects.
I feel more connected to natural stuff.

I am not here to judge others. I don't care what others do.
I care about myself, and so should you.
Then you'll make a change.
Energy Mastery is about WHERE you create from.

When you come from discontent and try to save the planet, you come from a deficit, then that is your subject, and you create from that desire.
That is where all your power goes.

A short-term satisfaction to rest your spirits.
But that doesn't move mountains.
What does, is to live and create from true power.

Facing yourself and making conscious choices from the living essence of your being, namely your art.
Provides you with immediate powerful forces.
Coming from a healthy attitude and Body Power creates instant change.

I have learned that when I focus on my creativity other than changing my beliefs or trusting myself, a.k.a. My identity.

We need our Genius to interact and exchange to play this game on the highest level of our being.
This will always be in our favour because it is a clear source of nature we create.

I don't worry about it anymore.
I am aware of my extraordinary being.
And Planet Earth is evolving in its own way.
And I receive the downloads.

When I create from a genuine desire, everything cooperates with me, as it is the source of who I really am
Always based on authentic art.
Namely my passion for the body.
And how it functions.
I am my own universe, and it interacts with me.
I do not need to know how or what to do.
The path of power is in my body.

What never ceases to amaze me is the sheer power of my Body.
Although I have always been a Sporty Spice Girl, in some ways, I have neglected the fundamental wisdom of my Body.
Had not supported, had not listened.
I often drowned out her whispers, thinking I was clever by avoiding her voice.

Not because I didn't want to listen.
But because I had yet to learn to understand exactly what she was telling me.
It felt like she was working against me.

Not listening caused a lot of stress and pain.
Which caused me to spend much of my life trying to fix the damage.

My Body language can be subtle and has its own signals.
That it senses my needs before I am aware of them. Of course, it does.

I had to learn to recognize what she meant to know it was for my benefit, which is not always easy to trust.

I already knew through experience that the Body is capable of many things, and I have witnessed natural recovery in myself and others several times. However, even when medics had given up on people and or photos showed no recovery was possible.

Experiencing the truth of the power of the Body is a whole new dimension.

That means constantly choosing to live and create a life to the highest standard of my health, mind and body.
This can sometimes be difficult for the human being, and I feel my Body shaking on its foundations when I do.

But this does no harm if I act with truth and integrity.
In fact, it likes to build resilience.

Nothing seems to happen until moments when everything changes because I bow and submit to the wisdom of my Body.

Slowly but surely, the blood begins to flow where it couldn't go before because the tissue was hardened and stuck, and there was no oxygen to live. And it felt like pieces were dying off.

Hardening and stagnation result from resistance and trying to override the wisdom from the identity point of view.
So that the Body literally cannot move forward.

But my Body is benevolent and willing to get the most and create the greatest out of my life, she is louder then ever.
All I have to do is listen to her.
And then we go.

Body Wisdom
Intimacy with the Self is Self Choice.
The path to power is in your Body.

For every-body who’s done with a lesser expression of the true self.

When you start expressing yourself the way you truly are.
You will never be uncomfortable with yourself anymore.

When you choose to live up to your desired exposing standards.
All the cells in your body vibrate from from the highest vitality.

You become super attractive.

When you feel your own authentic dynamics.
You’ll turn yourself on.

When you turn yourself on.
Everybody wants your honey.

Breaking the Bond

Iconic Love stands on its own and has nothing to do with connection to others.
With the concern of if I am doing the right thing as a citizen or even to the rest of The World.

I value myself and I won’t let myself be distracted by other peoples shadows.

And I don’t care what that looks like on the outside.
I live for myself and that’s where my energy should be.
Anything but Empowering my Icon.
My Icon leads me and I submit.
This is the starting point.

If you’re going for Your Icon, It is absolute crucial not to BE , but to have clear Values and Desires.
You can choose whatever you desire.

If you like to have a million, that’s fine.
But if you want it because it gives you more prestige, then by definition it's off.
Or because it gives you more validity.

Validation, was mainly my problem.
Validation to matter.
That’s such a soul killer.
And it’s a sneaky bastard.
It’s so tempting to get swayed by it.
My whole world was evolving around this.
I had to sacrifice it. And I did.

This is the hardest thing.
And I see others around me struggling with.

Now that I am free, I can choose what really matters to me, to make it matter.
I don’t care about mistakes I make or what others think of them.
What I create of it, is most important.

I live only for my desires and and that is my purpose.
My purpose is not to save The World or to help other people.

My Desire is is that I like to share This Higher Truth.
And to show up accordingly.
My passion is to create my life around this.

I make my Desire clear, every day.
Otherwise I am out of integrity with myself.
Integrity with myself, is what I value.
I only deserve the the best.
I live up to my highest standards.

I choose not to value others opinion or problems.
Those are not important to me or themselves.
My desire is to activate them into their Iconic self.

As I did for myself, after struggling for a long time.

So they can start to live for their true desires and values.
